Make pick up easier
Brandon dApp did not telle where the key drop off was. Spent far too long in the cold trying to locate box
Rachel SPick up via the app was not working. Took assistance from call-in number to check out truck. Had to wait a long time for managers at the grocery store to finish their break before being able to pick up key, and they were not sufficiently familiar with the check-out process.

HUGH OOne of the ladies at the U-Haul facilities off of 6th Street in Springfield IL, Anna, I think, told me I had to return the trailer to the location I rented it without even pulling up any information on the rental so I was not happy about that. The manager at County Market couldn't find my information in the system so I could not return the trailer but she was helpful and she reached out to the U-Haul manager and said I should get an email from the U-Haul manager the next day. Since I was never contacted by the U-Haul manager the next I tried to leave a message but his voicemail was full so I couldn't leave A message so l sent an e-mail to the manager on Sunday asking to be contacted by him. I reached out to Steve Balestri, the AFM, today and he confirmed the trailer was returned properly and no additional charges were owed.

SHAMILL HBecause I was 2 days with a monthly payment my credit card would not work for payment. I tried to pay with cash!!!! What a challenge!!! I was told they could not accept cash at that location but could pay cash at a different location so I went there they had no trucks available so they could not accept cash! Sent me back to the 6th St location - - the clerk called out to where we were just at to get directions on how to accept cash before she would give me the key to the truck!!!!
constance cThe staff at the County Market did not seem to know or care what was going on with our rental. Took us a long time to get things going to pick up the rental truck and when I dropped the truck they could not seem to find the correct information. They were shocked I was already "checked out" via the internet
Charles KIt was easy to pick up but you cannot get any extras such as furniture clothes or tie downs here. Perfect if you have that stuff already and just need the truck.
