The internet service in that area was poor and the u haul app kept timing out , also the lock on the back door was a hot mess and very hard to unlock ( like it was worn out) overall the location had plenty of parking, easy in and out to FM road

William SUnbelievable clusterfuck getting to this place. You'll be hearing from me in greater detail. Expected to pick up the truck at the main location in Lubbock, where there were at least 30 trucks on the lot. The not-helpful woman at the desk said we had to go to this Cowboy place. No directions. Got lost. It was in the middle of nowhere after hours. She claimed I'd gotten an email about this two days prior. No. I checked junk mail. No. With some advance notice I might have been able to plan to get to this place. And don't tell me "oh, we've been so busy." If you can't handle the volume of business, hire more people or refund money. There's more, but this is the bare bones. NOT OK.

Tommy Severything was great at the pick up location. Something to consider..... the only thing that concerned me was as I was driving up to Lubbock, TX from Houston I received a call from u-haul customer service. The first words out of the representative's mouth was I did not have a trailer at the location I reserved it at. I went ballistic until she told me there was a trailer in Wolfforth (outside of Lubbock). Why would u-haul let me a rent a trailer at one location when there were no trailers there? I had no problem going to Wolffoth to get the trailer. What would have been my options had I got up Lubbock and had no trailer at all?
Larry PMost trailers were inches deep in water/mud, there was a question if I would even be able to get the one that I had reserved. I waited for more than a half hour while the owner/manager unsuccessfully tried to process the transaction on the computer.
