My original rental in Cranston was not there. I arrived to find no uhaul truck and no explanation. I called to notify and I had my location changed to West Warwick, much further than my original location, which in turn added to my bill. I asked for an email confirmation of the address and did not receive it for a half an hour. This was extremely frustrating on a moving day. I had no notice of change in reservation and instead i was put out an hour and half, and ultimately rushed off the phone by your representative. This caused me to be late for my other storage reservations. Once I arrived West Warwick, I was told I could not receive the uhaul for the intended six hours I paid for, even though I was told that I could on the phone by a uhaul representative, and despite being late because of your mistakes. Finally, I had to rush to get the uhaul back before 8pm before getting charged an “after hour” fee, despite having no explanation of this. I’ve used uhaul many times, and will not being using this service anymore, unless I receive an explanation and apology. Extremely poor customer service, very disappointed.

The front end/ suspension made alot of noise. There was no shaking or "bad ride feel" but the unit needs to be serviced. The location and its staff are great I've used them several times and will continue to do so.

Place was great too. Would have got my truck here but was not offered the option. Mentioned the online check in waste and this guy like the first one said it was a waste. Your company should fix that. Either make it count or don't ask people and implore them in messaging to do it. Otherwise I liked everything about the service. People made the difference.

Some customers might need a step stool to get in out of trucks. Esp the bed of pick ups, if they are used to driving cars. Tie downs ir straps in the back. First time movers might not know to have those items.

Dashboard of the truck has electrical faults causing 1 or more fault lights to come on and go out. The odometer has the same problem.

My 'no' response to the 'clean' question resulted from the following. The van I rented reeked of cigarettes, almost unbearable. In the July heat, the AC produced air that reeked of cigarettes. No more AC ! I had no choice but to drive at highway speed with the front windows cracked just enough to survive. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I had to rinse my face at every opportunity. I will rent a vehicle like this from UHaul again, but I will not accept a vehicle that isn't odor free of cigarette smoke. Please don't make me the bad guy. Do you job. Disallow smoking and add a surcharge if the car isn't returned as 'fresh' inside as when it was taken. This is what hotels do in the 21st century. It's time for you to step up as well. I look forward to a better experience next time. Thanks.
