My experience with UHAUL in General starting from May 3 to June 2 and having to deal with 15 people in total, from Vancouver Office, Duncan Offices, US Offices was the Worse I have ever Encountered. It was Very Stressful, Frustrating, Exhausting and Emotional throughout my Dealings with a very UnEducated staff in all offices. I will never deal with UHaul again and will forward my experience to anyone and everyone I know and to those that ask me to recommend a Rental/Moving company.

Online booking system is misleading - reserved equipment online only to receive a call that what I needed was unavailable Truck was filthy inside and out. Staff member was unable to access Uhaul system so check out was done over my phone
