My uhaul bed was completely trashed which delayed me loading and moving and the guy I rented from said he didn't have time to check the uhaul before it got rented out which to me is unacceptable!
Jessica jThis was a last minute location switch because certain equipment wasn't available (I wasn't informed which). Although I appreciate that the truck we reserved was available, the location was 15 miles further away and we didn't get furniture pads or a dolly. The cost was refunded but it was inconvenient and we didn't get the equipment we reserved.
Micah MWent to pick up rental and no one was there called number on door and was told that they did not know there was a rental going out. Did not have any blankets like I preorded worst experience ever. If I didn't need the truck so bad I would have not picked it up and would have went to different rental company. Will not recamend to anyone after this experience.
