I believe the attendant's name was Josh. The day I arrived to drop off my rental cargo trailer, it was pure nasty weather wise, raining and stormy. Josh came out in the rain, backed my rental into a tight spot and unhooked it himself (I know I could not have accomplished that task even in good weather conditions). Josh did not complain. nor act as if inconvenienced in any way. Thank you Josh.
thomas pMy online experience was not a good one. When I tried to reserve a trailer, it said it was not available for 2 locations. I had to go to the location to rent it.

Monica BI rented a Uhaul from Timber Automotive on Saturday, October 28, 2023, reservation number 19393483. I retrieved it and returned it to the same spot as specified but was incorrectly assessed a "wrong dropoff" fee of over $300. Please correct this error.

Geoffrey BClose this location. The owner was very rude and told me not to drop our trailer off with them because his lot was full (it was not). I had to left the trailer off the hitch as he watched. The trailer started to roll back into my truck but luckily I caught it in time. Very unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering him. Would never do business with them again.

MIRANDAMICHELLE MThe only issue I had was the air conditioner on the truck stopped working within a half hour of picking up the truck. I was already out of the area by the time I realized it. The truck was clean and drove well, so it suited my needs other than being sweaty on a hot day.

KURTVINCENT HI was given a drop-off location that turned out to be an empty field from dealer in Vermont. I called a different dealer "on a Saturday" and he received it.

Christopher GThis is 3rd time I've rented a uhaul. Hopefully the last. My suggestion is if you want repeat customers don't charge us an arm and leg for something that's truly needed. Granted I had them extra days but the original cost was ridiculous. I'm a single mom of 2 teen girls and if the other 2 times would have cost this much I would have definitely went with someone else
