The address for drop off needs to be updated. The correct address is 958 John Stark - NOT 633 John Stark. That address is someones home and down the road from the actual uHaul location which was absolutely absurd during the drop off when the app had to have me drive down the road on order to start the return process, then I had to drive BACK to the actual drop off location to take photos. It was an absolute meas.
Jessica CThe address Uhaul gave me was wrong. Crazy Ed's is not at 633 John Stark Hwy in Newport- it is at 958 John Stark Hwy.
Jessica GOwner was very helpful and courteous. Unit was in great condition and ran like a breeze.
Robin SI asked to have the pick up time changed. It was not communicated to the uhaul manager therefore the truck was not ready. The manager got there promptly to correct the issue

Benjamin FWill never use U-haul again. The fees I paid the 1st time was told it was for 2 days even when I spoke to representative because I normally would never use Crazy Ed's but needed a truck. Location has no cell service. All around very poor experience. Never again will use Penske

Macy Mthe 72in wide trailer only has a 58in. gate opening, so a 60in mowing deck WILL NOT fit. so beware, u-haul claims if you rent it and leave the yard you will have to pay for the rental regardless if it works or not sorry, bad business u-haul

mary bWhen I arrived at the scheduled pick up time, the facility was closed. Your recovery customer service was excellent, and the manager did get us hooked up and on the road - he even gave us a jump when the car stalled - so that location sucks, your customer service was really good.

Thomas KThis is the 2nd car hauler I have rented within 2 months. The first I picked up from the Lebanon NH location. This time, you Uhaul forced me to pickup from Newport. The newport location was ok, but not great. The unit itself was rusting fairly badly. The part that lowered the fender down broke promptly when I tried to use it and the entire unit detached itself from my truck, putting a large dent in my licence plate and knocking some paint off my truck.
KURT ZA little more gas in the truck when picking it up would have been helpful.

Zach BWhen I picked up the truck the gas tank was not full, when I was done I filled the tank but did not get credit for the extra gas I put in the tank. The gas tanks should be full after each use!
nickole hI rented the U-Haul in good faith with my credit card and said I would promptly pick it up at 9AM Saturday morning. We waited two and a half hours for someone to open the store all the while having 8 people standing around waiting to get started with the move. This was so very unprofessional. I'm throughly disgusted.

ALLEN WThe rear ramp stop on the truck was broken and it was was a real hassle (and a potential safety hazard) when setting up or retracting.

Kurt MThe truck was nearly new, which was nice, but the back of the truck was filthy with dirt. Also, I was requested to bring the truck back with fuel in it, but there were no gas stations nearby the rental location! After driving around for 10 additional miles trying to find a gas station, I gave up and turned-in the truck without refueling it. Very frustrating and costly! I feel like every time I use uHaul, you guys find a way to nickel and dime me out of extra money. But, since you guys are generally the only game in town, I don't have much choice but to use your services.
