Great service, very accommodating with extending my rental.

This location is very unsafe. We had an 8pm pick up and 10pm drop off time. Big mistake -- there were no street lights around. The Uhaul was parked around a bunch of broken glass on the road. The key box was hidden in a parking lot between two dumpsters, which was next to a sleeping bag. As a young woman, I felt incredibly unsafe. This location should be listed as more dangerous.

Getting uhaul experience: took an hour to get the uhaul because the system crashed and had to call customer service which took 40 minutes to assist. There was no key box 2 and were wondering around the facility to locate. Did not receive 2 dollys that requested, but got refunded. Return experience: quick and easy

They gave me a brand new truck that was in perfect working condition. It was there when I arrived and checking out with very simple. It was a great experience.

Charge the advertised price and not charge for extra days where uhaul was not used

we dropped the truck off outside the presides of the UHaul location because it was closed. The keys were to be put in a lock box that was located on the locked premises. we have to wiggle our way thru the gate to get to the lockbox and drop the keys. v The pick up and drop off were both nightmares.
