My truck got check engine light and the recommended size was too small

I booked the equipment via the call center, I was explained the charges, I picked up the equipment and I believe at thatpoint several charges were added to my rental but the agent did no tell me nor did he give me a receipt, only upon return when I realized these charges were applied. Still waiting for a resolution from u-haul.

Erie WalkerI never went in to the location because it was closed, I did call and the gentleman was professional and helpful. The uhaul all wasn't working he was able to help out. He did try to push the insurance on me but I declined. The truck has ants in it I don't think it was the facility fault however the truck was parked under a tree

CHRISTINE SCHOLTZUhaul's system gets a negative score. It's not about this location or the equipment. My reservation was switched the Stockbridge location instead of the Fayetteville location, I wasn't informed of this until 7:30 am (via email - cancelation) when I arrived at the Fayetteville location where I had my confirmed reservation and ready to compete my self check in because this location doesn't open until 10 am. Because of Uhaul's unprofessional inadequate inability to communicate this the day before I, my workers, my customer were delayed hours. As a I/O with a major Van Lines - Moving Company, I need to use a smaller truck to get to customers residence when my tractor trailer won't fit. I have an account - profile with Uhaul for reservations, quick check ins, to avoid delays. Uhaul gets a -10 for your complete lack of communication, causing great stress - frustration, unnecessary delays in everyone's day.
GEORGE MOORELe service à la clientèle était génial. The U-Haul company needs to get more appliance dollies. The truck has issues with steering. The truck also went off that it was low on gas as soon as we left the lot.

Octavius LeveretteThey charged me for a dolly that I never received & would not remove it from the bill even after I told them I never received it. They said someone would contact me within 48 hours, but that never happened either. Don't bill customers for services you don't provide!
