The Creative Touch staff were excellent. They spent so much time making thing right for us after the UHaul app crapped the bed. Can't give them enough credit for being so helpful.

Boguslaw ObaraI was charged $25 for a cleaning fee. Why? I left the truck exactly like I found it. Also the blankets were all folded. Only used one for a camera, did not get dirty and was also left folded. Very dissappointed.

The equipment is never or rarely swept out and most time has debris/trash in said units.And I want to be clear, this is not Creative Touch, but every U Haul location I have rented from or with another person who rented. I also do not appreciate text messages at 11:43PM from U Haul. I'm typing this at 04:27 because I have been up all night because of U Haul's text that woke me up last night.. So now I will be unproductive today.

Monte HallThey were absolutely great. I went to check on a trailer, so I could bring my zero turn mower to a nearby repair man for servicing. Not only did I check on it, we had it hooked up to my truck and in my yard within 20 minutes. Exceptionally nice people to work with, and they covered every detail perfectly! Charles BensonLocation was closed when I tried to pick up the trailer. Uhaul sent me to another location 30 minutes away. When I got there I received a call saying that that trailer was broken. They then said I had to go to another location an hour away. I went back to the original location and found someone to rent the trailer. It took him almost an hour to do the paperwork. By then I had to delay my trip to TN another day. Fourth time I have used Uhaul. Problems every time. It's hard to imagine how they stay in business.
Rory HolmesThe location was not staffed when I came to pick up and drop off, despite those times being within thier posted hours of operation. I had to call and wait for someone to come so I could pick up, and the person who arrived was unfamiliar with the rental process. It too a very long time and phone calls to complete the pick up. The whole experience was more difficult than it needed to be. Also, the trailer I rented still had hay and leaves and dirt, not clean and ready for use.

Brian KellerThis location charged me $118,5 on my card without discussing with me the charges. I have pictures of the condition of the trailer. The trailer was in the same condition I received it when I picked it up in Dallas, GA. So I very upset about this treatment.
