I was given the paerwork and sent to hook up the trailer on my own, no inspection, no verification of anything. I did everything over the internet and hooked it up and unhooked by myself. So why did I have to drive 30 miles out of the way, when there was a rental available within 1 mile of my location?Mark H.

The costumer service wasn't very good. They didn't know where the keys where when I picked the unit up. When I brought it back they didn't know what to do. They just need better training.Monica B.
Trailer unhooked itself from my truck and the Creek Mart I rented it from refused to allow me to exchange it for a different non faulty one I only had the Trailer for 10 minutes and only received 38,00 $ of the 60,00 $ I had placed on itaustin Z.

The U-Haul app informed me that I must leave the key in the box for a return. We were looking for a box for 20min. Nobody knew about this. The petrol station employees offered to leave the key to them. But this is not a return box like in the app. They haven't it! Returning was a really big problem! I've got multiple trucks from them... even after i do Online they ignore the customer the whole time even with 2 people there to take care of them. They will say there computers are down.. i set Over a hr waiting this time to get a truck. I end Up not getting a dolly i paid For cause he couldn't get it to go thru. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again but i will Never be back in there location.Jamie N.
Worker's do not come in until 12 pm. People who were there Couldn't work the computer! We arrived at 9:30 am and due to their not knowing what to do we FINALLY left at 11:15. After driving 9hrs to get there to rent. They said my drivers license was no good same with my husbands! Because they didn't know what # to put in. But my charge card they had no problem with... Would never go here again....william P.

Woman behind counter was alone in the store and we have to wait a long time to get the key; she kept waiting on other customers and cooking the short orders. For returning the U-Haul, the guy behind the counter didn't even want to take the key. We had to just leave it. Didn't see a drop box anywhere.Charles S.

It had a hole in the roof which limited my packing space and then the low folly had issues with loosen the straps and driver light kept going on and off the whole way back. When hole was found delayed my packing about an half hour.William C.

For starters how about uhaul issues refunds or release holds in within 3 to 5 business days as promised because it's past that time frame and I am deeply disappointed in how I've been treated as a paying customer. How can you make my customer experience any better when you've lost a customer youll never get back...done with this pos company...finishedmarcus K.
The uhaul had no gas in it when I got to it. They are saying they will charge me extra for gas. I do ont believe it is fair to charge me extra when I had no gas to begin with. I took a pic of the gas hand when I got in.Jessica G.

not happy with being told to pickup the truck at one location then finding out it was rented and having to pickup another truck at creek mart in a different location had the reservation for 3 weekstim S.
The ladies at the location didn't help at all just gave me the keys. Didn't show us how to hook the dolly up or the lights. Didn't even have the cord for the lights and had to go back for it she didn't know what I was talking about. We went to get gas and check the oil. There was nothing in the oil had to put in 3 quarts. We were going on a cross country road trip and we didn't need to have to start out our trip that way. Truck was gross in the inside. The moving blankets weren't all in there only 4 order 12. Should have gotten more than 50 $off our bill. Will never use this company again.LeaAnn K.
