Great Service
Jeremy CJust dropped keys after hours, so there is nothing really to base an opinion on.

Joel TI reserved the equipment 2 days ahead online. When it was time it pick it up, it was ready to go. No muss. No fuss.
Charles CCheck in was a breeze. They were very quick and efficient - I was in the truck and driving off within 15 minutes. Dropping off was even easier with the app. Great experience!

Stanley STed and Tess have exceptional customer service! They were so thoughtful and helpful to me! They even waited for me to return the truck since I was a little bit late! Ted also does state inspections. He does such an efficient, thorough and excellent job. I wouldn't consider using anyone else! He is a true blessing, great guy and breath of fresh air!!!

crystal pNot much parking at this location and its difficult to maneuver in the back. Also the area for returning trailers is completely dark. There needs to be lighting installed in the trailer parking area.

He explained how the door locks worked and that if done improperly Might cause the door not to shut completely (which had happened to me once on a previous rental at another location)... I appreciated his thorough explanation!!! I highly recommend this location!

PATRICK DThe agent did not let us know that was a padlock on the back of the truck. We called 817 598 1213. No answer Called 1800 number on contract call was dropped twice on hold for 45 minutes. First agent did not provide any assistance. Called again and assisted by Debbie or Deborah. She was extremely helpful and and courteous.
carmen zAC didnt work very well, kept going from vents to floor to defrost. Asked for an appliance dolly and got a regular dolly, had to go rent an appliance dolly. was charged an extra 17 dollars 3 days after my return with no explanation and they will not answer the phone. mailbox is too full to leave a message.
isaac bThe location did a really good job of having the truck ready and accessible however upon return the uhaul application on my android phone wouldn't upload any pictures and I couldn't return through the app. I called uhaul and the wait time was 93 minutes which is unacceptable. I was able to get the uhaul app working on my wife's iPhone. If that didn't work I would have been very unhappy.
John WThese comments will most likely never be read or acted on, but here are my comments: 1...There is no place to leave a vehicle during the rental period. 2...This is one of the worse consumer experiences I have ever had in my life. 3...I take exception to being forced to take coverage I do not want or need. 4...And I have H U G E issues with the U-Haul app. It is the most unfriendly app I have ever used 5...I am so dissatisfied with this experience that I am writing a letter to Mr. Joe Shoen. In case you don't know who that is - He's the CEO..... For the record - This negative review is in no way intended to criticize or review Creekside Automotive. This review is ALL ABOUT U-HAUL....!!!!!
