I didn't get the uhaul truck size I had booked which was the 9' cargo van . I had to overspend to get a 15' truck. At the time of booking I was guaranteed that I'd get the van, but there was no van at the location. You guys need to really step up your booking game so that people don't get stranded and add of stress on the day of the move.Kayras K.
For your information we would like to share the following points. 1. The truck was left in a very bad condition from inside. It seems as if some construction based material was transported using this truck previously. And the truck was not cleaned afterwards. 2. The roof of the truck was leaking. We noticed this while UNLOADING, where the whole truck floor was wet and the mattresses that were snugly fit against the roof were all wet as well. Just for your information to describe the intensity of the leak, we put 3 mattresses on top of each other that were fit against the roof and the water was able to seep through all three layers of the mattresses. In conclusion, our 3 mattresses are completely damaged. There is a very slight chance that we might consider using them. 3. We were overcharged by the so called customer service agent in your franchise / rental pick-up location and he misbehave as well.MUHAMMAD A.
The manager of this location was very rude, he didn't gave me the receipt when I returned the truck and asked me to call u-haul if you need a receipt gave them all your information.Anand P.

When I got the truck that guy didn't check and when I returned it He said it is dirty , I just get furniture and clothes in it , worst person , poor quality , dustugsting customer service from this locationNAVDEEP S.

Actually check the mileage and condition of the vehicle before allowing it to be taken out.. the mileage was off considerably from where it should have been when I started. Sent an error code and tried to charge me 280 for a 70$ trippaul S.

The gas tank was empty upon pick up, I barely made it to the gas station. I was told to "take a picture" of the fuel gauge and try to match it on drop off. This was near impossible to predict how much fuel I required. Upon drop off I was given a mere 15 $for the extra fuel he estimated I left in the tank. The interior of the truck had not been cleaned since the previous renter. Contact me for pictures..craig J.

Great customer service at this location. There was a problem when I recorded the gas level and it changed the level to 3/4 tank from 1/4 tank and I almost got charged for it but the guy realized the error and fixed it (I think).James O.

I have been charged for 2 days, when I returned the keys within 24 hours. The shop was shut, therefore there was only key drop-off option available. I did that but the next day I was charged for 2 days. When i went to the location to check with the guy, he said he cannot do anything.japneet K.
The store owner was not helpful, rude, and arrogant. He did not ask me to use the online process since the person using the uhaul before me was extremely late, after speaking with the uhaul rep on the phone she was super kind and helpful About using the online process. I tried asking the location owner where the box was for the key because I have never been to this location before; which he ignored me. He is scamming uhaul customers for â€œan after hour fee of 20 $â€ as well when his hours are stated for 7pm and told me they closed at 6pm. He did not have any cleaning protocols prior to me taking the uhaul. We are still in a pandemic of covid 19 and the uhaul did not have any Wind shield washer fluid. I would not recommend using this location.Shyenne G.

Based on the reviews and comments posted for this location, I was quite pessimistic when dropping off. I had cleaned everything, topped gas to the same level when I picked up, expecting to be charged cleaning fees and such. The owner / dealer was quite pleasant to talk to, and wasn't unreasonable. I get it that this is really a 2nd business, and so, customers waiting in line at the store takes priority. There weren't any customers in line when I showed up, and did so 20 mins earlier than when it was due. Had no problems or unexpected charge whatsoever. I would recommend this location to a friend, but also to be kind as the reviews here don't do justice.DIWAKAR J.
The online transaction is not a user friendly. We waited in the pickup location for almost 45 min to figure out how to get the key. At the same time, when I returned the vehicle I was able to do online so I just left the key secured inside the truck and called the toll free number to report . However, I was charged additional of 22 dollars due to not able to report online. There was no consideration even though I asked for an apology. The operator told me that it brought them inconvenience inspite of explaining my predicament. So upset with my experience, I will never do it again online.Eugenio P.
I am a regular customer with u haul but this time was my worst experience ever . I reserved my truck for 3 pm i went early to save time , the owner of shop was there siting in his room asked me to wait till 3 to attend me . Or go to other location if i cant wait . He has a grocery store along with uhaul . There is another customer to grocery he helped him right way . To pay advance he was asking my credit card number , i said i am not comfortable to share my credit card info but i can pay with chip in or tap he said no give ur card number on paper snd sll the details , i refuses to do that then he force me to pay cash . At the pick up time my truck was totally dirty i have made a video as s proof I still have it with me . The owner was very rude I complaint about the truck he said u csnt return it now as he processed the contract and he close the store and left . I called uhaul customer care but there was a long wait waited for like 18 minutes then i have to go as i have given a deposit to pick up my furniture on time . It was really bad experience with this location. The owner is kind of racistManpreet S.
Make sure the van is clean and fully fueled before customer usage. When we picked it up there was cigarette butts in the ashtray and the fuel gauge was close to empty. We replaced the fuel a little over what was in it previously.We even did a walk around to inspect the vehicle before driving to ensure we were not blamed for someone elses damage.We do have photos to back this up. We are not pleased at all to get an email today saying we owe 145 extra. I was told it was 119,8 i came in once already to pay the extra 20 besides the 100 deposit. I do not appreciate someone trying to rip us off.Janice H.
Very very bad experience, words very very bad don't do justice also. I called customer service and told the whole story what happened, I am sure, you have call recorded, listen to it, you will hear the owner of the store shouting and swearing at me in the background while I am explaining the representative the incident. I don't have time to even talk about this location, ou can ask for a copy of the video surveillance of the incident and you will see it for yourself how he treated me and what he did, he actually intentionally kept pushing the cart in my shin bone in order to push me out of the store, he said that it was his store and it was not uhaul, nit only stops here but instead of me calling the cops on him for injuring me, he called the cops and they were going to look at the footage and told me to go so I went home, I was just trying to tell him about unreasonable charge was made by him.now before going for my next rental or telling a friend about renting a vehicle, not only this particular location but uhaul at large, I don't even have to think about what I will be doing unless this guy is stripped of his contract with uhaul.Ahmed L.
Shopkeeper is so rude, he's store operation hours is till 8 pm and when I phoned he told me to come ar 7 pm to pick up U haul and waited me there for more thn 30 minutes, he was busy ringing up grocery to other customers. And at the time of pickup he put my payment on hold and told me to phone U-Haul customer care to figer out the issue. Same thing happend to me In october 2019 when I went to same location to pick up the U-Haul. Unfortunately same thing happend to my friends as well. I will never recommend this to my family and friends and I will put this on google reviews as for his bad behavior.RAJAT P.

We book the truck by call at 6:30 but we reach at the location on 6:05 but the worker said you cannot take the truck because they were closed . To get the truck we call to different people in uhaul and after wasting an hour on calls then we get the key. After that as the person from I booked the trucked the truck told that bill is included with rent of only 20 $and.69 cent per km. We only drive 27km and bill will be 38,63 without tax but we get the will of 74 $in which there was 15 $coverage but we was not told about this before. We also put gas by are own so our bill not should be that much. You have to give proper information to the customer before giving truck.Manpreet S.

Using the truck was a good experience. I had no problems. I had two big issues with self check in/out. At picking up the truck the pictures you get to rate if the truck is on good condition are too small and can't be expanded. It's hard to see details on your phone. The second issue and this one is big. The self returning steps online they are wrong. It tells you to return your key before you go through the returning steps. So this is what happened to me. I arrive at location to return the truck, start returning process, first step is tells me to return keys, then it tells you you're all good, then it asks for location , I was confused, then it ask for you to take odometer reading and take pictures, but I already returned the key and locked the truck. I had to called and then go inside rental place to ask for the key again to take reading and pictures of gas and odometer. NOT CLEAR STEPS AND INSTRUCTIONSJuan Q.

The location was a small convenience store. The owner was only interested in printing out the paperwork then I was all on my own. No instructions ( the trailer was a car hauler ) and it had a flat tire. "go down the road to a gas station and fill the tire yourself " he said. Turns out the tire needed fixing or replacing and Roadside assistance was helpful but I still had to take it in to a tire shop myself putting me a couple of hours behind for my 300 mile trip home.Andrew H.

1. 2 items I didn't order came to my Bill. 2. One of them was deleted once when I Noticed it first time (online). The same error came 2nd time in contract. 3. Convenient fee 20 $& the requirement of self return verification is another Bad thing. 4. I still haven't received email receipt after 24hr wait / return of truckLiff R.
Never go again to this location. They are cheater. They havent provide a checklist for fitness and fuel details before handover truck. But when I returned they charge aditional costs without any reason. I rened truck for 4 hours and return after aprox 2 hrs, but they charged for 24 hrs . Very mean dealership.ravdeep S.

The owner/operator was very disorganized, and we spent an hour trying to get the transaction to work, and at the end of it all it turn out he was trying to give us the wrong key by accident the whole time and that's why it wouldn't work. The screen repeatedly asked for JG equipment (truck model) and he kept trying every other option except the correct one because he was certain that our key model was a TM. After we finalized and went outside, we had the wrong key and had to switch with another customer who he had given our key to. We also had to return inside to get our dolly after the fact, and the whole transaction took over an hour while I was in the middle of a crucial move. I was not impressed.Bradley C.

When we rented the truck it took them over a hour to do the paperwork because they kept stopping to help other customers in the store with food purchases and they did not know how to do the paperwork, and when we returned the truck it had been raining earlier and the floor had some dust/dirt on it and the owner said that the truck was dirty and there would be a cleaning charge. i went to my truck and got a cloth and wiped out the dust off the floor and showed it was clean, but he already processed the charge. I would not recommend going to this location and i would question U-haul for letting this be one of their outlets.Piotr W.
