There were NO posted hours of operation at the drop off location. The mobile app did NOT work and could not locate us The staff FINALLY came to the door after we were standing there for 10 minutes and told us they were open and to "just give them the key". Not what I have come to expect from a brand like U-Haul.

The location was very hard to find. When I called to ask directions they only gave me the address again and said they didn't open until 10:00am. On top of that, they billed me for an extra day although I dropped the keys off by the scheduled time (I placed them in he drop bow as they were not open yet when I arrived). Horrible experience!!!!

The customer service at the pick up location was terrible. Reservation was made for 11 and upon arrival, just before 11, there was a sign on the door that said "out to lunch." After calling the woman said they would come right back. Now 11:10, when the woman parked and walked to the door, she immediately said, "Alright now, come on, I stopped what I was doing for you." The entire process of finalizing the reservation was a hassle when everything was already done and entered online. Woman #2 was just as rude and unpleasant to deal with as the first. Both very disrespectful. Woman #1 then proceeded to tell me, "Come on and smile, it's not that bad." EXTREMELY frustrated with my experience and very disappointed in the custome service. When calling to put in a complaint the woman I talked to on the phone was also unpleasant in assisting me. I will NEVER recommend that location to anyone and I will probably steer clear of using Uhaul in the future.
