The lady was not very nice during the ordering process. She acted like we were bothering her when we had a question about the usual. The truck had less gas than what was reported. The back of the truck was nasty. They also did not tell us the furniture pads were rented we thought we had purchased them and had left some in Tennessee so we had to purchase them.

Try doing some maintenance on the trailers. I could have bought a used car hauler in better shape than what i paid to rent the broken beat up one uhaul provided. The tie down ratchets were rusted so bad they didnt work properly. I had to stop every 50 to 100 miles to put the tie downs back on because they kept coming completely undone. This made for a long trip to Arizona from Tennessee. The trailer was just in overall bad condition. I have rented car haulers through uhaul 3 other times and never got anything as poor as the one I got this time.

Call customer prior to scheduling pick up time to ensure the time selected will work. I had to call and change the pick up time, and they were kind of rude about it.

This location is operated by a really nice guy. I had issues with a u haul employee who changed the pickup location less than an hour before pickup and was rude. Thankfully her manager responded to my email and did what he could to make it right.
