I was miss quoted on the insuiance and over charged by $35 when I returned to uhaul to show the charges I was told I would be reimbursed now thay have made up a ticket to keep my money I am 65 on disability and cant aford to be taken advantage of

Customer service was horrible! The young kid had an additude from the moment I walked in the door. I told them I did not want the insurance that was 15 extra but he charged me anyway. While he was working on my transaction he would stop in mid stream to attend to someone else. It was very unprofessional. I registered the morning before and he told me I didn't Then tried to say I had rented from this place previously. This was the first and last time I will ever rent from this location. I had the truck about 4 hours and it took 30 minutes to rent it! Never again! I will not be recommending this place at all

ANDREW HYour corporate personnel was the worst ever. They had no solutions to the problem, and told me to either drive the van to the repair place and leave it after telling me that I cannot drive the van. I replied so I stay here in the gas stations parking lot? You: yes. I complained, they said that I should drive the other two vehicles to a motel. I said where would I put all the stuff, since the one on the auto carrier is completely full. They offered a shuttle and I asked will they take two large dogs and three cats. You: no answer. Told me someone will be there in the morning and or have a solution. NO ONE was there in the morning, and Corporate had NO solutions.

david kHave a clean truck inside the cab. The truck I picked up was dirty inside, tried mud was on the floor board on the drivers side. My shoes got very dirty. Also make sure the truck runs smoothly. That truck had trouble going forward and up a slight incline. It coughed and chugged all the time. I know I shook off a few pounds driving that truck. I had no problems towing the car trailer with my car on it.

Anthony TI had to get a hotel room and spend the night due to this location closing at 3:00 pm I did not recieve the instructions to return early until the next morning. So when I went to return it they informed me I had to wait until 9:00 am. Which was a 2 hour wait they never told me I could do it on line. Then I got the email of early return. So I did it that way. But the draw back was trying to get the pictures to down load. So I had to call the main office in Springfield the rep was excellent and talked me through it. So all well that ends well.
david kHave personnel on site at the drop off location. When the truck was dropped off, the driver was told to park it in an empty lot next door and use the key drop off slot. This does not allow the user to indicate the time of drop off.

Evert EStan was extremely helpful, and I like the convenience of the place being close to town. I felt like the dropoff lot was a little tight, but that is probably because I was dropping off the trailer in the dark.
Benjamin CMaybe extend the hours of operation for rentals. They close at 3:00 now, but maybe stay open until 5:00. But I'm very happy with the service that I received here.

Shaunda HObviously this is a "side gig" for this location. It is a busy convenience store and it takes a bit to get the process started (for pick up). I was treated well and efficiently once the ball was rolling.

Lillian CThe truck assigned to me had a transmission problem and the rear shocks were gone. I borrowed it for an hour. It was obvious immediately. Will I use that location in the future-yes! Will I return the truck to be rented a better truck-yes!
