When I called I was on my way to a local UHaul and was told to pick up near where I was going. I didn't realize and wasn't told the cost would double Otherwise everything was fine

danae OWas told and confirmed with U-Haul that I would have a 15 foot U-Haul and the day I picked the truck up, I was given keys for a 26 foot U-Haul. So I called the guy and he told me U-Haul said they sent me an email about not having a 15 footer. Someone lied and I hate liars in businesses. Which U-Haul did not send me an email as a matter of fact they called to me to confirm and reassure I would have a 15 footer. So again someone lied and that was an inconvenience for where I had to drive that 26 footer. Probably won't use U-Haul again!
brian dClean your rentals. Mine was full of mud. The gas had less than 1mile to get to the gas station. Rental office stunk of animal & cigarette smoke. Was given discount on gas then charged an additional $20+. I was given $100 off my fee.

Edward MWhen my grandma got there no one was around! I called and the owner was still I'm bed! When he finally made his way down. With his dog which my grandma was timid of due to his growling! He finally put his dog back inside. It was VERY smelly inside the building combination of cat pee and cigarette smoke! His system didn't work we spent an hour waiting for him to process before we could drive off.

CHELSEA CI made my reservations for a 15 foot truck and car trailer at the UHual dealer down the street from my house, only to find out that UHaul transferred my order 15 miles away, which was an inconvenience. Upon arrival, only the car trailer was reserved and I had to settle with a 10 foot truck, since that was all the location had available. (Which wasn't sufficient for my needs, especiallysince it cost me over $800 for the weekend, and might have to consider another rental) People were nice in Moira, but the inconvenience and lost order were unacceptable in my book!

As you walk on the front porch to the "office" door, which is just the guys house, the overwhelming smell of cat shit just about makes you vomit and then you walk into the "office" and the place is filled with cigarette smoke so bad that you can barely breathe!! Close this place down or force this guy to clean this place up!! VERY BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Jason nyour app is trash. i was told i needed it to pickup and return the rental. app dont work, didnt even see my rental in the app, so no way to pickup or drop off. was late besause app didnt show my rental. even the websit dont show my rental. why get customers to use a useless app?

JOSEPHWILLIAM MThe pick up location was located in someone's home. The smell of cigarette smoke pervaded the location including the packing blankets we were given. Upon getting to our final destination, EVERYTHING we packed in the truck smelled like cigarettes. It was awful. I had to wash all clothing and bedding because the stench seeped into suitcases, bags and bins. Fabric covered furniture and mattresses had to be left on the porch in the fresh air. It was awful. BTW, this was not the location we chose to pick up our rental.
ALAN TMaybe you could check the office space? The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly very nice explained everything came outside went through the trailer and was wonderful help.

I will never go there again.total dump Uhaul company should be ashamed for not doing a check on this place.
