It took me several tries to return in from my app. That was frustrating. In addition, I would have liked to have had cruise control for a 300 mile trip.

And Troy at Crosstown in Maquoketa was so great at pickup. Very helpful and the truck was clean and ready! I would highly recommend either location for Uhaul rentals!

Ron SCustomer service is not helpful and wait times are ridiculously long. Employees are of no help whatsoever. Checking in and out takes forever. Fees for second night rentals are double the original price.

The uhaul company and communication between me n them was horrible! Something happened to truck I was to get, and they where to call me to tell me about NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL. So that put me back 3 hours of this tight time schedule I had…that lack of communication is very bad. The location people AMAZING!!!! They did everything they could do to help fix the problem.

Jay DTroy and his assistant well awesome!! You can tell he runs an excellent and organized operation. Honestly, instead of Dubuque we would rent from this location again!! Uhaul made moving our niece into her new home super easy! He mom died in August before she could see this new home, so it was an emotional move already and the equipment did the job and made the day go quickly before the rain started.
JOHN BPhone number on web site for maquoketa location is disconnected. Address for monticello location is wrong. Monticello is with good year tires not a car dealership. Also it says it's open Saturday and it's not.
Miranda MPhone pickup and drop off process was miserable. Site would recognize location of phone which made process almost impossible.
Tom WTruck was rented out with engine light on and leaking front tire with low air pressure. Didn't want to waste any more time on the job at hand so didn't not use truck do to problems. Returned it that night when got back.
