Windshield wipers froze during snow storm ...NO WIPERFUILD at all! Had to add a total of 1 gallon of deicing fluid and purchase new wioper blade.

The only problem that I had was, I originally ordered it from a different location and it said it was reserved. When I went to pick it up, it was not there even though I drive by a couple of hours before and it was there. I had to scramble and find another location.

I dropped the truck off on Saturday. They were closed Saturday and Sunday. Try to use the mobile app for drop off. Mobile app would not work. Tried it multiple times. So was told to just leave the keys. Truck was well below the miles used. Clean Inside the cab and in the back. Gas tank was well above what was needed. I was charged $25 cleaning fee because there was bugs on the front of the truck. I have never been charged this fee before. Will not be going back to this place.

The online return process is a nightmare

The app did not work for the location pickup even with all of the app permissions. Only online worked and it seemed like the app was the only option.
