John DLets start from the beginning, I was contacted by U-Haul to pick up the trailer a day early cause they would have been closed on the Saturday when I was suppose to pick it up. When picking up the trailer, there was an older lady who spoke no English, she called a man and I ended up talking to him over the phone as he was not on site. It was my first time renting a trailer with U-Haul, I was unaware of what needed to be done, (but usually you walk around the vehicle and inspect it with someone) and I also signed no paperwork which I thought was weird. On my journey, I had to call a roadside assistants cause the lights at some point stopped working, the wire connection for the lights had a split in it and grounded out on the metal frame of the trailer, It fried the fuse on my truck, the roadside assistant was able to repair the wire quickly and luckily I had an extra fuse as he did not, he was the one that noticed balled spots on one of the tires, (he even asked where I picked up the trailer, so I told him, and he said "they should have never let this trailer be rented out with a tire in that shape") and told me he would put it on his report. And guess what, the same tire blew out on the way back and I had to call roadside assistants again, waited on the HWY for approx. 2 hours until that was repaired, (by the way, both service guys where awesome, friendly and very professional) When I think that the trailer I rented is considered "a one-way trailer" and used on the HWY's a lot, this one was NOT up to pare on the maintenance side, and the location I picked it up at was also NOT up to pare, having no one there consulting with clients and going over the trailers or equipment before leaving the site. Even when I dropped the trailer a day earlier then my agreement, again no one there to receive it, the Tire repair guy gave me a piece of paper to give when dropping off the trailer, again no one was there, so I left it in the drop box.

Maikell LThe rental itself was exactly what we needed, however there was no one at the location to help us with the hook up or to review the paperwork. Eventually he called us and sent photos of how to hook it up. When we voiced our discontent he told us we could take it or leave it. Zero professionalism or customer service.
Kathleen MThe location actually didn't result when Google searched and I live in the same town as Crux Contracting. I called several other locations and had no luck. When I called the 1-800 number a gentleman from Missouri actually recommended them. He was 3,400kms from my location and my local Google search couldn't find them. Not sure how this can be alleviated but Crux Contracting was spectacular to deal with. Eric (the owner) was so accommodating and kind. Easy to work with and pick up and drop off was a breeze. Je la recommande fortement.

Rachael DYou sent us a "receipt" email and failed to indicate there was an amount owing. Then without notifying me you sent it to a collection agency! This took me hours sending emails and making numerous phone calls to get this rectified and paid. I will be filing a formal complaint.

TIM PI'm sorry to say I don't even know his name. However, he is the BEST U-Haul person I have ever dealt with. He was very accomodating given I had to delay my pick up time by a few hours due to snow storm & he was so understanding over it. Thank you so much once again & Happy Holidays!
April JThe Uhaul was parked in grass and was stuck in mud! We were told to try to get it out which only made it sink deeper. A tow truck had to be called to get the truck out! We spent over two hours dealing with this issue!! Super not impressed. A tow truck should have been called immediately.
