Anita Evans DavisNot knowledgeable about renting equipment, pick up location changed to this address when I actually rented it at I35 location. Had to take vehicle to I 35 location to check tire monitor light after picking up at Cruz's cooler. Worst service I have ever experienced. You should be able to pick up at location you rent from. I actually believe I was overcharged for the RENTAL. Alex Mills
ALEXANDER MillsThe overall experience with U-Haul was good, however, I would recommend getting your rental from an actual U-Haul location instead of a third party location if at all possible. I ordered an appliance dolly with my rental and it was not in the truck when I picked it up. I had to go to a third party and rent the dolly for twice the cost as well as drive several extra miles to get to the third party location. All in all U-Haul did reimburse me for the additional mileage and the cost of the dolly, which I did appreciate. Good customer service! Just make sure you call ahead if you rental any additional equipment and make sure it is in the truck.
James CorsiniVan was dirty inside(seats, floors and wind shields. Had just enough gas to get to station. fueled 3 times what I should and was given no credit for over furling. Unable to pick up until 10:15.

The vehicle was FILTHY, service tire light was on (attendant said to ignore), smelled bad, emergency park brake was broken, spider webs on side rear mirrors. It was just the MOST!!! Had I not been pushed for time, I definitely would not have used this location
Elizabeth RootsLocation which is a liquor store charges me for 3 dolly’s I ordered but never received then added insurance when I declined it on the reservation had the truck for a total of 2hrs if that and tried to charge me again spoke to the regional manger he was super nice and refunded me my difference.

Andrew CyrusVery satisfied with this location. Furious and confused with uhaul pricing. I was given a contract price of 181,6 for a 6 hour rental amd 350 miles. I returned the vehicle and was charged $360 as it was explained that pricing is not possible. So I tried to book again for tomorrow same pricing. Please help me understand what happened before I blast this out to my 10 000 + viewers on YouTube. Will be disputing the charge shortly based on the contract pricing I was given. Please provide some clarity for me
david LorenatI was charged for a dolly that was never supplied to me by the dealer and I was charges for moving pads, which I never added to my reservation nor was given.
Joseph BarnesSide van door was not working properly and has been broken for a while according to the UHaul clerk. Had a bad experience were I was trapped in van without way of getting out. UHaul clerk had to help get me out of the hot van. I'm glad that someone just happened to be walking by and went to get help from the UHaul clerk.
charles turnbowtire pressure very low. also they messed up the mileage and overcharged me. i hade pictures of starting and end mileage
michael werfel$14 safe move was added after I specifically rejected the coverage. That burns me because its already $80 just to run to couple towns over to get furniture + another 20 bucks in gas. I knew it was going to be expensive but this is just something that rubs me the wrong way.
