I had the best experience at the location Crystal Clean Storage facility because of the person managing the operation/office. He was thoughtful, considerate and thorough. He exemplified what good customer service is all about. He anticipated my needs and answered all my questions with a friendly attitude.

Raymond FCheckout was confusing on location of where pictures were to be taken. Mot till after i started taken pictures on the third one I realized where to take some. One was wrong. I thought it was the driver's inside but it was the side. i was not able to go back and correct it. I thought i would be able to edit it after i finished, but it automatically checked me out on the last one, so I took one myself for my records.
lucy LTruck cab was filled with dirt. Bed liner had lots of mud caked on it. I went exactly five miles and the guy at turn in made a big fuss about the gas. I used maybe 1/32nd of a gallon, get over it. I'm not wasting my time to put in $.75 of gas.

celistino rThere were numerous issues with this rental. I have been renting from U-Haul for the past 30 years, and have never had such a bad experience. The vehicle itself was dirty, it was damaged in so many locations. I couldn't tell if there were stickers on all of the areas. The vehicle itself stalled over and over again to include on the highway while traveling to my location. At about 55 miles an hour the steering wheel would shake violently from left to right, and it was hard to control the vehicle itself, I had to drive 45 miles an hour on the access road after I loaded the vehicle. When I arrived at the location to drop the vehicle off, the young lady behind the desk was informed of the issues, and she stated all of the vehicles that they have are old. She didn't have or say anyone would contact me, she didn't say she would assist me in anyway, or compensate me for the additional two hours it took for me to deliver my household gear. Someone needs to look into that vehicle, as well as the rental location. I am free for someone to contact me if they would like it to discuss it further, I feel as though I should be reimbursed a good portion of the rental fees.

They were able to direct me to where to a uhaul location where I could pick one up but it was a bit out of my way and caused my day to be delayed.

Sergio U | Expérience généraleMy Experiences with anything along Marbach Road tend to be sour in taste, but Crystal Clean Self-Storage was like drinking an amazing Tequila from my cupboard. The entire time I spent with them as a storage facility was amazing. If anything was ever wrong with my unit or payment they were quick to contact me to rectify the situation and provide an amazing experience while doing so. They never unnecessarily bothered me like some places are known to do. I set up the auto payment and it was like having a Netflix or Amazon prime subscription I never had to worry about it. The day finally came where I no longer needed the storage and wanted to give someone else an awesome chance at using this facility and they were easy to work with in the move out process as well. If I ever need another storage unit Crystal Clean will be at the top of my list.
