The trailer was spotless and very new. I went through torrential rain and had no leakage at all!
Patti JI don't understand why I needed to go 18 miles out of my way to return the trailer when you offered me Monticello. On the contact it said Monticello, but didn't give a location. When I called it was either Port Jervis, down the 17b by Pennsylvania, or where I went 18 miles away. (Monticello is 5 miles from where I was). When I looked up for a return trip reservation there were trailer locations in Glen Wild, South Fallsburg, and Monticello. All much closer. Why do you make it so inconvenient when my Contract said Monticello?

KURT DIt was a terrible experience. I was charged an extra fee with no explanation. Everything you had to do was through internet on your phone and I had no service. The garage should set everything up for you.
