We've been moving 3 households into one and have rented Uhaul trucks several times in the past 6 months and we want to say that our experience with this location was SO GOOD! Fast, professional and great communication. By far our BEST experience with Uhaul! We will definitely be using this store/location again and have told everyone we know how great this place is! Keep up the good work!

Our rental truck had puke all over the back of it. The man did offer to spray it with water and did. It wasn't until after we got home ready to pack things up we saw there was even more puke inside and all over the handle. Not the best experience for my first time renting a u-haul.

It's open 24/7 so that's something. It's was pretty creepy at night and not well lit.

It's okay. Kinda dicey neighborhood. Uhaul did a lot of jerking around that I had to call THREE times to straighten out. Wrong pick up date and time, wrong telephone number,

There was no gas in the rental. None, we had to immediately find a gas station and we filled it all the way up and didn't use all of it so we just lost that money. Absolutely ridiculous!

This would be considered an overflow location and not a main drop off site for anyone and certainly not after business hours.

First trailer had a flat, second trailer had a nail in the tire, sent to wrong location to get it fixed, had to have road side Service come twice, and the plates were expired. Wasn't able to use the trailer for 3 of the days we had rented it for.

Have trailer pick up available at a closer location to the renter. It is ridiculous that some one has to travel miles to pick up a trailer when there is a u-haul center just down the street. U-haul should transfer them to where they are needed and not make the customer chase one down. I am very unhappy with this!!

I was billed incorrectly and 2 times the amount I agreed to. I received confusing and incoeeect statrments from your corporate headquarters.. I have notified AMEX of your error and will dispute the additional charges if they are not removed and not correcte

I have rented from U-Haul before and this was the worst experience I ever had. I reserved the trailer from the actual dealer. I was sent to a third party location to get the trailer. First, it was in a ghetto neighborhood. Second, they did not know how to hook the trailer up. Third, I received no paperwork like usual (who's to say if I got pulled over I stole it). Fourth, I was given no information if I was to break down who to call. Fifth, the wiring for the lights was in poor condition and they worked intermittently. When I dropped the trailer off and told the actual U-Haul employee, I was told that happens a lot with third parties. Why would you use them? Totally will not use U-Haul again because of this experience.
