Luis CThe place I picked it up at was really far from me. Staff was helpful. I turned in my vehicle 1 day early. No refund was given and no refund for extra fuel in the vehicle.
KAREN WNothing. This location was outstanding. My first time renting a Uhaul ever and I was very please at how smoothly the whole process went. From start to finish it made my stressful moving day so much better. Will definitely recommend. The location I picked up and dropped off from were amazing. It couldn't have been a better process. I would make no changes in anything.

Stephen SSo, the first place I picked a truck up from was a mess. The guys at the shop was smoking in the truck. Also the cab of truck was filthy. They were nice people but I mean come on. The place in Reston I returned it to was okay guess. For how expensive it was to rent a small truck and how much of a process it was why wouldn't the truck be clean?

There was a complete lack of customer service and not a care ever to fix a problem, was completely shocked at how we were treated and no matter what kind of credit card we gave not one was good enough. Was so appalled to how we were treated, it felt as we were being discriminated against. Will never go to this location again.

Mark BHad a guaranteed reservation. I was contacted and notified they did not have the equipment at the location. So they moved the reservation to another location. The other location I called to verify I could pick up in the evening and was told you get it when I'm open or not at all. So I changed the reservation too earlier to accommodate. Showed up and waited over an hour because the vehicle is not there. Finally left and they called me when it was ready. Had 2 guaranteed reservations that were not meet. Was contacted by a rep so I asked about the $50 they say they give if they don't meet a guaranteed reservation. She said she was processing they first one and would speak with her supervisor about the second. I received no payment from uhaul and have not been contacted again. That was roughly a few months ago.

ed hThe location wasn't the nicest area (lots of overgrown grass in the area) but the truck was nice, clean, and gave me no issues. The self check out and check in was easy to follow but time consuming (specifically if it's your first time). I got there exactly at my pick up time but didn't drive off until twenty minutes later because of the time it took to check out. This took time out of my allotted 3 hours. I would highly suggest encouraging customers to come 10-15 minutes earlier so they can have time to check out their truck.
Sereniti BGot stuck in mud tow truck couldn't get me out they still wanna change me 6 hundred and some dollars. When they supposed to look into it and didn't. The U-Haul guy told me he would waived ever becywhat I was going thru brought his truck back like I promised and he tried to charge me 9 hundy and some. This is not acceptable at all. I've been thru so much from sleeping in the U-Haul in a domestic violence shelter this is crazy and U-Haul is absolutely insane

KELLY BThe facility was under construction, they had poor internet set up using a phone as a hotspot. The girls running the counter did not seem to know what they were doing. When I returned the truck they said, "ok, we'll take care of this later". I have yet to receive a confirmation that I returned the truck or a reimbursement for my mileage. I was billed for 100 miles and didn't put 20 miles on the truck. They never checked the truck when I returned it and said they did not need to. It has been 12 days since I returned the truck.

Lau-Don HI was lied to from the man at this location I was told to have it back by four o'clock on Saturday was not told they would charge me for another day I paid 197, up front an got charged for for two days more the man in charge at this location lied to me to come from lake city Florida to Jacksonville Florida and back it's costing me about 300.dolllars I'm so mad that he took advantage of me I'm 76 years an o fixed income a I was treated like this

Andrea AMy complaints would be with uhaul the company. Very poor customer service with representative Christian Sprague out of Tallahassee. If you have any issues and he is the person responding save your time. He will not answer your questions and does not follow up as promised with concerns. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he quit responding. Not impressed!!!

mandy wI was charged double the mileage. This location charged me for 144 miles when in fact I only drove 71 miles. I picked up the truck Friday evening at closing(5 PM) the owner stated that since I purchased a 24 hr rental agreement and since the shop was closing as 3pm on Saturday that it would be OK to return the truck before Monday. So I returned the truck Sunday before Noon. Well I was charges for all weekend. Also I'm having to contact my bank to dispute an additional charge of $74,99 that hit my bank after I received a $289,77 bill and it was withdrawn out of my account. So all together this location and Uhaul is trying to charge me $364,76 for a 71 mile usage. I live locally and will advise my friends and family to avoid this location and also my company's employees. 0/10 Review!

tarella sThere were coaches in the back of the track we had to spray and clean it overnight before it could be used. And the motor sounded like it was on its last leg. But other than that it got the job done efficiently.
Bruce CI got the truck with a quarter tank of gas. Used the truck for less than 24 hours, only 40 miles, and was told it would be 113.00. Dropped the truck off and filled more than quarter tank and was fraudulently charged 162.00. Never again!! And I will tell this whole city I live in NEVER to use Uhaul or this particular company that rented it to me. NEVER!!

kim wThe young lady who made the reservation was great and when I dropped it off they were great but I never use U-Haul , I use U-Haul quite a bit this is the second time I had an issue I'm done, making a complaints not going to do any good anyway they got their policies and their rules
Michael DUhaul switched from our preferred site to this site the day before pickup. This site opened at 9AM and we picked our preferred site since they opened at 8AM with our movers arriving at 9AM. We were advised by the new location that we could complete the paperwork on Thursday, July 14th so that we could pick up the equipment before they opened on our reserved date of Friday, July 15. We WERE NOT TOLD that our rental agreement would start on the July 14th causing us to have to pay a late fee when returning the truck. This new site also allows his you song (11-13 years old) to move and drive the trucks in and out of the lot.
Philip RI reserved my trailer on line for 12:00 . I was there @ the appointed time and no one could do the paper work. The person that had to do the final check out said that he would be there in 15 minutes I hooked up the trailer and waited for an hour before he showed up. Long story made short I pulled out at 1:25 after having to hook up my trailer. very poor service
