Duc DThere was a hand dolly that was supposed to be in the truck, but was not. And then I was asked when returning if I had broken the seal on the dolly, which was not applicable. Also, the check out process got interrupted in the phone app and I had no way to go back to the same spot and continue, but had to start all over again. The check out experience was poor. The return experience was much more straightforward and simple.

The two employees my husband and I spoke to (one when we picked up and another when we returned) were really nice, efficient and helpful. We only needed a two hour rental and hoped the process would be quick and easy. It was. Thank you so much!

How can you go from 19 to 145 dollars they show you the rate of something that they charge them they apply that info twice the info rate and then charge you the rate again tell some one what s rate will be you should be charged for the info and then charg it again show estimate. On the return. Business hours aren't honored. Closed and no one to talk to. They can have that money. I'm not going to raise my blood pressure. All I hope for is not another bill being charged to my account

Not the locations fault but I was quite annoyed at a location change and still not getting the truck I ordered in the first place

Kevin HI rented a Uhaul for pick up in Pittsburg on Harbor Street 2 weeks before my appointment online, I called to confirm and they told me they did not have a 20 footer available and to go pick up on Bliss in Pittsburg, I show up to the location on Bliss at 9:30 am and they tell me they do not have a 20 foot truck but I can use the 26 foot truck, and they did not have a dolly which I reserved. The place was a mess, car batteries near the check in window, 2 guys hanging out doing nothing. I asked them if all the fluids and oil were checeked in the truck and he said " we check them to the best of our knowledge" we get in the U haul and immediately notice the Engine light on. I guess they did not see the check engine light on. I tell the agent at the desk and she said call the 800 number. I called the 800 number and was told to tell them to cancel my reservation and take the truck out of commission until the check engine light is off, she said they have a 20 footer in Antioch on Willow Avenue. We drove to Willow Avenue, the agent checking us in was amazing and very knowledgeable, the place was clean and she was very helpful, they had the dolly I ordered and also the blankets, unfortunately the Uhaul computer system kept going down and we were there for an hour trying to book the actual truck. Once the sysem was finally working, the truck was clean, easy drop off. We were moving our daughter from Antioch to Fairfield and this Uhaul problem lost us 2 1/2 hours just trying to get a U Haul rental. I give the Pittsburg location zero stars. I give the Willow Avenue location 3,5 stars as U haul neesds to update the computer system, 4 stars to the agent, the cleanliness of the office, and the clean truck.

JOSE BIt took over an hour, close to 2 hours before we were seen. This delayed our morning. Service needs to be faster. She could barely answer my questions on the phone due to the volume of calls and dealing with customers directly.

No one attempted to communicate my reservation was moved to Willow Ave. I guess they just expected me to know this some how. The lady at the front desk is rude and lacks customer service.

Brian HThe location was easy to get to minus the pot holes driving in. The person handing our rental was very knowledgeable and very busy. She was answering phones and questions while helping us check out. A true multi-tasker! The only thing I can say that was negative was the fact the advertisement was for 19,99 and 0,98 per mile. It cost 91 to use the truck for 3 hours to drive 26 miles total. It's false advertisement in my opinion.

Jocelyn PAdd shocks and smooth tires to have a smooth/calm ride as the Terrible rough ride gave me whiplash, headaches, a stiff neck and sore upper body. Truck vibrated off and on everyday and shook around my furniture knocking up against each other so bad causing damage to some of my items. Customer service was excellent, truck was very very poor ride and side mirrors hard to adjust
