Ian MThis location and U-Haul overcharged by $300 USD for mileage to avoid hazard road conditions and weather. Avoiding torrential rain and snow/icy road conditions to arrive safely with my family and personal belonging is the main priority. Overcharging a customer is not only uncalled for but greedy! I expect a full refund of this overcharge. Be careful when utilizing this U-Haul location. Mo at pickup location was great and super helpful. Drop off location is not worth visiting.
Justin CTwo dozen moving blankets and appliance dolly forgotten. When we contacted after opening hours (assuming 8-8:30 AM) about these items, places were either not open yet or did not not have the items. My dad had to drive to a completely different location to get them in the U-Haul truck due to our not having an unloaded vehicle to haul an appliance dolly. And the moving guys had to sit and wait on him to return. If those items had been in the truck at 5 AM, our pick up time, it would have saved us a lot of time. The woman who initially spoke with us in the 8:00 AM hour told me dad something to the effect of 'maybe you should've this planned earlier and 'that's why I just told you the address' when my dad said to her he had to pull the phone away from his ear for a second so he had asked about the address again. That woman is not a good customer service representative making her own opinionated comments to us The app is not well running when it comes to photos. It does not register the photos often times as if they're there, you have to take photos multiple times to get them to show up so you can move on to the next step in mobile process- this is even with good reception. Otherwise things went fine as far as the function of the truck But the situation with the blankets and dolly and the first women we spoke with in the phone were pretty frustrating.

Stephen G12' trailer worked great for a long distance move. Trailer brake functioned well. I've rented this same size trailer for 3 different moves and very happy with it each time.

Randy HThe only way you can tell it's a uhaul rental facility is the trucks. They have very minimal supplies inside. You better have what you need when you get there. Staff was friendly and helpful though

We got there early, and he had kind energy and a great attitude first-thing in the morning. Unfortunately I can't remember his name, but he was great!

David KAllow online check-in to be visible at the pickup location. I checked in online, uploaded my drivers license, and selected the collision damage waiver, but had to do it all again at the pick up location. The attendant was very quick about working through this, but I was made to think I'd save time by doing it online by prompts in the online reservation process.

Nate HMy issue isn't with the locations but the text links! The website would bring up my phone camera but I couldn't take a picture. Give an upload from photos option so you can take vehicle and ID photos outside the web app.
