Well the location is fine the customer service at the location was excellent but you charge me 200 and some dollars for a day and I didn't get that but then I used it for like an hour and a half and then I didn't put but like 15 miles on it had the same gas I put in $20 in gas for about 20 miles and you charge me 140 you will not find me a U-Haul for anytime soon you have lost my businessCORBETT T.

A wrong part ordered is why I had to visit this location and rent a car dolly. In San Antonio the wrong hitch was delivered and this cost me the price of this rental plus a 85 mile trip and a waste of several hours time. Then I had to call back to get the refund that I requested when I left the original store, Part availability was going to be past my initial need date.. So another 85 mile trip was not required.. I will now order a hitch and install myself.ray C.

Train your employees, they hooked up the trailer and we barely made it three blocks it came off and hit and damaged the rear bumper went across multiple lanes of traffic and stopped on the side of the road in a large mud puddle. I called the office and spoke to the young lady she said the manager wasn't in but he wouldn't return my call he didn't. I have photos of the damage and need someone to return my call.ALICE L.

I scheduled a pickup a week in advance and told all was good. On the day of I showed up to pick up the truck and NO truck. I was sent an hour away, 50 miles, to get the truck I rented. Then Uhaul changed the pick location on the review so the first place in Beaumont is not the one they have me reviewing. Uhaul is the worst about scheduling.Cody B.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged an extra $28 for gas and I had put gas back in the truck!Melanie M.
I had put on reservation I needed a utility dolly and pads. they charged me for them even though they didnt have them. All she would say is you have the truck leave. I ended up on phone for 40 min to get a new reservation for the dolly and pads. Next day when I went to get them they only had dolly and not pads. I ended up going to 2 locations and several hours later to get the pads. Very poor experience with Uhaul!Brynne S.
I dropped the truck off way before it was due. I checked my credit card statement and see so many excessive charges. First I was charged for mileage: $15 I was given 87 miles plus 40 extra miles for the inconvenience of having to go 20 miles out of my destination to pick up truck that should have been where I reserved. They waited until the last minute to tell me. Charged for gas: $15 I put the gas in the truck, almost $30 to get it back where it was 5/8 of a tank, I have a receipt. Charged for cleaning: $25 there was mud on the back tires and on the side of the truck, we hosed that entire truck down, guess it wasn't up to their standard. Charged a drop off fee: $20 the vehicle was dropped off after hours and I didnt check it back in, even though I technically had the truck until 2pm the next day. You can check in online, that requires you to share your location. No. I called the 800#, and was waiting for over an hour to get someone. Yes, I fussed about and was told some of my money will be refunded. The gas and drop off fee. Unacceptable, i want my mileage fee and cleaning fee. I had to open two complaints. I will also filing fraud & theft charges against Uhaul through my credit card company.LaQuisha B.
The movers I hired through uhaul left many of my items outside of the destination and didn't bring them to my room. They did not put the backs on my recliners properly.BEAUFORD B.
