Carl GCrystal, Brandon, & DJ were extremely service oriented and were very helpful every time I needed them. Jeremiah even showed up at 11:00 at night when my movers were running late to move my furniture in the Storage. I felt the facility was always watching or monitoring my furniture.

The property is extremely clean, especially the climate controlled buildings. Security is obviously a priority for this facility. They walk the entire property a few times a day and have associates outside as well as inside the office the larger part of the day. The office manager has gone above and beyond to make sure all customers are well informed about this facility and the benefits offered that do not exist in other locations. Keep up the great work!
Rene R | Expérience généraleThe truck I received did not have a functioning AC and I was told that the gas was at 3/8 of a tank but it was a little less than 1/4 of a tank. The location was great but the rental itself was no pleasurable because of no AC. When mentioned to staff members, the only response I got was "oh my God". There were no offers to compensate me for the miserable drive.

Karen WThe people here are very attentive. Uhaul has made the rental process very convenient. Parking is certainly an issue with this and a lot of Haul facilities. The photos on the inspection page should be updated. The equipment is not in new condition anymore. One of the tie down ratchets was difficult to operate. I informed the tech and hope he checked it out.

Kathy OIt's not so much with this particular location it's with U-Haul in general I reserved a dolly and I did not realize that y'all did not have any until I got to the location. No one told me that ahead of time so I had to spend an extra 30 minutes out of my day to go pick up a dolly from a friend as well as drive the U-Haul truck over to their house to pick up the dolly which cost me mileage and fuel. If someone would've let me know that there was no dolly available, even though my reservation showed that I had one reserved. I could've taken care of all of that Prior with my own vehicle and not with the U-Haul truck the day of the move That's absolutely and unnecessary

Office is open 7 days a week and they always answer the phone. The facilities were safe, kept clean, lighting inside unit was sufficient. Moving out was easy breezy as well. So much enjoyed keeping our stuff here during a stressful move. Merci.

My only complaint is that after the first 7 months they raised my rate by $30 or $40ish a month (something like a 40-60 % Increase, I don't remember the original rate) and I was on a year lease. Now, the lease allowed for it, and it may very-well have been influenced by my tardy payments on a few months, but I wasn't given a reason that I recall. Either way, be aware that happened to me and could happen to you. But other than that, facilities were good and a convenient location, if not a little tight to get into, and comparably priced to other units in the area.

It was close to home and was the best priced place around here. They did raise their rates at the 1st of this year, so I will have to do my do diligence to make sure I get the best deal in the area. I'm not going to look all over Houston but in my general area. I also bought all my boxes and tap and moving stuff from them.

The staff and ownership have been npothing but top notch and from a customer service perspective and have assisted me with renting U-Haul trucks on multiple occasions. They are quick to assist and accomodate any special requests or answer any of my questions. In 4+ years of receiveing packages for my business storage, I have not had a single issue/problem getting the things I need delivered inside my unit (that is a big complaint from many of my colleagues that do not live in the Cypress area. There is a reason they were voted best in the Cypress area.

The people that stole our cougar 2020 RV have a rental site there also, and you continue to let them rent there. Also the same people stole a car two weeks later, so this is a bad site to rent from.many complaints but nothing done about it. You should be liable for our loss. Thomas Mandarino

So if I pay next months rent you should be able to rent that space until the end of the month. I think that's called double dipping, you are collecting rent on the same space from two different people.
