Horrible customer service, horrible app service,horrible experience. I had to move in to my dorm to day and my original pick up time was 7:30 because I need to be at the 9. The location wasn't even open until 10 am so I had to pay the school extra to extended my move in. Then I get on the phone with customer service they give me the run around then I get a amazing supervisor who helped me with the reservation. I get in the truck , I paid for a dolly no dolly. The vehicle smelled like urine. So I call back to let you guy know that I needed a refund on my dolly. The representative was rude. I asked to speak the manger from earlier she said my request didn't need it. She was horrible. I was just so sad cause I didn't get to get any time in my dorm I had rush. Just not the best or ideal experience.Tinika M.
This is not a business location. The lot is unattended and the vans are not set up for 24/7 rideshare as stated. No assistance from owners and they can be rude. When calling you have to physically ask if this is a UHAUL dealer because they just say "hello". Could be a great business if they would have an attendant on duty as stated in their business hours.Walter N.
Make sure that the vehicle is clean. There was a top go container in the back that had lobster rooms in it and when I lifted the door all you can smell is nasty seafood. It was really bad and the fact that it was hot outside didn't help.TISHONA M.

Whether it is the responsibility of the location owners or UHAUL national, a customer must be made aware if a location is totally self service. When I made reservation on line, the system asked if I wanted to pick up at counter or do a self service rental. I chose counter for a number of reasons that were important to me. No one on site when I arrived. Another two customers were looking for someone as well. Owners do not cover the phone and return calls - which is hard to believe, even for a self-service lot - sometimes customers need assistance! Owners on site when I returned site - and they argued with me about whether the website states location is only self-service. IT DOES NOT. Would suggest they experience the on-line process to be assured they are aware of what their customers experience. If they really cared about the customer, they would know and fix what's neededWilliam M.

I ordered and paid for the dolly and it was not in the cargo van. there was no place for me to ask for it and I ended up moving without it. Although the self-checkout and drop-off are convenient, the inconvenience of not having someone responsible for the equipment ended up being an issue for me.Yeprem M.
I was not informed until I got there that the gates would close at 7pm and I would have to return the van at 10am. I was told this was a 24/7 location and I would be able to return the vehicle at any time.Suhani P.

I was charged for insurance coverage that was not discussed in my contract for future reference make sure that customers know and give me a refund customers can miss lead.christopher W.
