Please try to service your trucks before renting them to customers, I was given a tuck which had brake problems and so many other issues because I didn't sound right. It took the grace of God to drive that truck safely .  look into that . Merci

The first trailer didnt close so he got another one but but the main chain thats connected to the emergency break was dragging luckily somone pull me over to help because sparks were flying and he let me know that uhaul put my chain on wrong I had 3 kids in the car thank god for that stranger help because clearly uhaul employees can care less

This is the first time I rented from this location. The truck was not maintained well. The oil service light was on. My destination was only a short distance from the rental place but it cost me $35 to put the gas in to match what was in it. Truck ran terrible but I was not taken seriously when I said it needed maintenance. Will never rent from this location again I did it because it was so close to where I had to go.

Vehicle was dirty - filthy in fact. The maintenance needed indicator light was on (tires needed air). I had to pay for air to be put in tires and do it myself. There was a hole in the top of the truck that was only evident when the hatch was opened. When I reported the Maintenance issue to the store member that gave me the keys, he told me to call uhaul. It took over 30 minutes to get through. The service was horrible!

Back of van had a lot of dirt and leaves. I had to sweep out the entire back of the van before I used it.

Truck had no gas when I picked it up so I had to put $40 dollars in gas when I wouldve only needed to put $20 to get my job done. Truck was damaged when I received it and it wasn't reported in the photos by the last customer so I had to report it before I started driving if I had missed the damage seeing as I was in a rush I would've been held responsible for the repairs. The damage was an obviously dented driver side door which I reported and a less noticeable cracked driver side mirror. Trucks need to be checked better and gas needs to be reimbursed to customer when the vehicle is left on empty having to fill up before your trip takes you out of the planned route which added extra mileage and time for me.

The location and staff was great, and made it a very easy process. UHaul's automated CRM system could use some work. I reserved a van for 8:00am... and yet, the UHaul system sent me a confirmation saying that my reservation was at 12:59pm.

I got the truck without cleaning then after I got the truck without term and condition. I know I didn't travel more then 30 miles. I don't have reading before as a mail or photo , so I can't argue . I trusted everything but cheated with experience what I feel .

Check all tires for propee air pressure. I had to stop and put air in the right rear tire. Light came back on, on my way to drop off the truck.

I call into the 800 to extend my rental by 2 hours and they charged me another $40. I will NEVER use UHAUL AGAIN!!

I got charged a cleaning fee even though I commented through the U-Haul app with picture that it wasn't clean to begin with. The last renters left it dirty.

Even though I didn’t get my rental until an hour after my scheduled time due to the previous person renting the truck being late with returning the rental , the people at this location were so very nice and professional !! Probably the best uhaul experience I’ve had given the circumstances.

I called this place multiple times to let them know we were running an hour later then drop off time. No one answered the phone. The uhaul smelt like there was a toking party going on in it when I got it. It kept telling me that the oil needed to be changed. And the air conditioner didn't work. Then they charge me for another day. For an hour that is absolutely ridiculous I will never use uhaul again.

I'm a regular customer but I'm very disappointed with the service. The people at this store are nasty and rude without real customer service care. They charged me for fuel but they gave me the truck with less than 1/4 of the tank. I returned it with same amount of Gas but they charge me $40 for fuel. I have the picture to prove it. The store blamed uhaul for this charge and they said it was not their problem.

I reserved a vehicle online only to be notified when I arrived that that vehicle wasn't actually on the lot. Big inconvenience and I should have been contacted before my scheduled appointment to be notified that the vehicles wasn't there. Because of this I had to rent a smaller truck and incur more cost on mileage for taking multiple trips. Never again will I use UHAUL

This was the 2nd location. The first location had a truck the needed brake service and traction control service. This truck had NO DRIVERS SIDE WINDSHIELD WIPERS!! We found this out during a torrential rainstorm on the interstate at 2am forcing us to turn around and travel rural back roads and sleep on a floor of the apartment. So frightening and dangerous! In addition the seatbelt warning kept dinging the entire rental even though we wore seatbelts and the passenger visor was broken and hung in the window. My daughter and I were shaking and didn't know if we'd even make it back. I'm not sure if I'd rent again and honestly any rental fee was too much for this truck.

First I was told that there was no rental for me. Then come to find out it was in the name of Stephen Davis(my brother). Then when I returned I stood there for an hour waiting to be cashed out and was told I owed double that I should have been. All other customers coming into the store were waited on before me as I just stood there. Finally I said I needed to leave and it took him another 15 mins to try and talk to someone about why I was charged too much and finally I was "all set" to leave.

They lied about the fuel level and charged me for gas. I wish I had done the return online and taken a picture of the gauge. This is a petty move for a few bucks.

The man working was so kind and patient figuring out why we were having a problem with my license loading. I will always use this location for my future rentals.

Uhaul had error lights on, didn't come with a ramp or straps and could not be used. Total waste of money!
