The truck itself wasn't spotless but it was clean enough for moving. Great location, loved the 24/7 mobile process. Even though we did the mobile check in we saw a guy that works there afterward and he was very nice. Good price!
Christina K.DC Medical had perfect infrastructure in place for pickup and dropoff. Uhaul's site however, was a nightmare when trying to do mobile pickup. Kept getting a ‘session ended' message everytime I logged in, and no prompts to share location for pickup when using the link Uhaul shared via email.
