Daniel SenderakVery friendly. My only issue was that I ordered an appliance dolly. DC doesn't carry them and I wasn't informed. Fortunately I was able to work around it. Could have been in a jam if it was really needed. Someone should inform the customer if something ordered will not be available prior to pickup.

Martin BaechtelI have rented U-Haul trucks in many states and this was, without a doubt, the absolute worst! I think Uhaul's website and App are worthless. When I called to see if I could pick up the truck early they didn't even have a reservation for me even though the website had confirmed it. Luckily a truck was available but the person checking me out had great difficulty getting the information into the computer. It wouldn't take one truck so he gave me another and I know he didn't clear the mileage from the previous person. I was charged for 300 miles on a 125 mile one way trip. This will be my last time using U-Haul.

Denny took the time to call the U-Haul center in Bridgeport, West Virginia and then drove there to get the blankets so that everything was ready by the time we got there. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of service, it was excellent.

John RessaniThe U-Haul representative being in the store to check people in when your appointment time rolls around would be nice. Instead I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to start my paperwork because no one knew where he was, and eventually I had to go walking around the back of the store to find the guy.
Corey WilliamsWe had to go two different locations the day of pick up to get our truck. At the first location the man from uhaul had gone to a doctors appointment. At the second location in another town the man had gone to a therapy appointment. We were late getting started and very frustrated because nobody at either location had a clue as to what was going on.
Steve BusenbarkTruck had check transmission and gas cap maintenance lights on for the whole trip. Truck was clean. No issues on the trip, but check engine lights make the driver nervous on a 6 hour trip.

nancy gartonI reserved a UHaul truck online, and went to pick it up the next day, and found out that UHAUL did not have the truck for me. Because of this I had to change my moving time and find a truck from a different company. UHAUL, if you do not have a truck for me, you should notify your customer before he comes to pick it up.
Yi ChenThere should be a separate entrance for uhaul, office very, very cluttered. But otherwise, the dealer was very friendly and knowledgable. I would use this location again if the need arose.
terri bowenMy reservation was for a 26' uhaul out of Bridgeport; somehow, they made this for Phoenix, AZ instead. The only thing available was 20' uhaul in Lost Creek. Now I have to make multiple trips to get all my stuff.

Richard ChappleWhile the Lost Creek Location was great, I had to travel an additional 40 miles to pick up a trailer that could have been available 5 miles from my home. r added additional time and gas to our relocation from WV to GA. The people at Lost Creek were fantastic and helpful.
STEVE FARRAROriginal pickup was in Clarksburg, no one there, had to call back and find another location with the trailer. All in all, I got the job complete, but the communication with uhaul was not the best.

MICHAEL HOFFMANDon't tell someone you have a truck at one place and then we get there and we have to drive 30 freaking miles out of our way. You think you would try to change things there at Uhaul because everywhere we go to rent one the people who we rent off always say that Uhaul is a horrible company and that its more hassel than what its worth. I would have to agree!

ALLEN CUNNINGHAMOwner was helpful, but we needed an electrical adaptor and they did not have any. He directed me to a nearby Uhaul office that could supply them. I had also requested 12 pads, but they only had 6. The other Uhaul office sold me the adaptor I needed and gave me the other 6 pads.

Joseph SabolI was overcharged on drop off, I did have the rental for two extra days $40 charges so $80 was what I was expected to be charged....but I was billed a total of $199.20. I am unsure what I am being charged for as I returned a clean vehicle and filled up the gas. My overall feeling is that I was ripped off coming and going on this rental. I will be contacting the better business bureau if I do not hear back from you soon with a better solution.
