We got charged an after hours service fee after dropping off the rental directly in front of the attendant. When confronted, we were initially told that Saturday isn't a typical work day?!?!? Then it was because we dropped it off late… yet my husband was told by the attendant to just put the keys in the drop box. We dropped it off around 2 pm and the website said they are open until 4 pm. So not impressed!

Enriqueta DI booked to pick up at the marine drive location and drop off at Bradner road. After I paid the location details changed to pick up at 968 w king Edward. Then half way through the day my drop off location changed to garden street. Very confusing and disorganized but ultimately worked out ok. Just some feed back for you.
Kirsty CPickup was 4:45 no one was there. When I called the number on the door the person said key is in lock box. I had to wait exact 1 hour 15 minutes in heavy rain to get that key from the lock box. And got late from where i had to pickup my stuff, returned back. Definitely would ask for a concession for the inconvenience. I called both store numbers twice today and no one answered. As yesterday the person said he will give concession for the inconvenience caused. No response yet. Highly dissatisfied

aimee rGas level low light came on 5 minutes out of the parking lot. The truck I was given shook violently at 50km/hr and over. By far the most mechanically unsafe thing I've ever driven.
Kori LContract shows being charged 0,89 c per mile yet I was charged 1,43 / per mile incurring extra 350$ in charges. Also said I used their pads @ 5/per 6 pads charging me 25$ so apparently I used 30 pads when I used 0 and the truck only comes with 6.. I feel like I'm getting ripped off and will be filing a complaint for sure.. not even gonna get started on the illegal environmental fee they charge which is just free money for them at that point. I will personally never use uhaul again.

Heather VThe location was clean but the people weren't helpful. I had questions about my return and they refused to help me as they "didn't deal with uhaul". They told me to go outside and call the number for help with my questions. I was very displeased with this since they clearly deal with uhaul since they are a pick up drop off location but no one felt they should have to help me.
ROXANNE MThe guy called me and said he was leaving he has things to do to come check in online. After going through the online check in. The vehicle didn't even start. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Uhaul customer service said they'll make note on the file. I never even got to use the vehicle or any other for my move. The guy didn't even contact me till the next day and said he closed it out and never did. Now I'm waiting for a refund.

Parviz MWaited over 8 hours for a truck we reserved 6 months ago. We moved from abbotaford to vabcouver island and missed our ferry that we had to pay over $400 to reserve. Stephanie, the manager told us she would compensate us for all the problems we had. Nothing was done and the situation was handled so poorly it was disgusting. Never book with uhaul. Will not he using them EVER again, and will advise everyone we know to do the same. Horrible.
Katie EI returned early with gas filled and charged extra. No staff there. Very disappointed with this part of the process. I will fight these extra charges as I have pictures oh everything.
Austen hOrdered uhaul from chilliwack months before and was forced to drive to Abbotsford to pick up truck. Not impressed with the service from uhaul and will not use or recommend in the future.
janett bWe booked a 15-foot truck for February 18, but they told us they do not have an available truck due to a flat tire. U-haul called me to say they have one available at the Huntingdon location. When I went there, they do only have a 26-foot truck. Luckily, 1396904 BC Ltd 2838 Garden St has an available truck.
