I need further assistance. I ordered a dolly to rent with the truck I used yesterday for my move and the dolly wasn't in the truck. I need a refund since I had the inconvenience of not being able to use the dolly I ordered with the truck rental. Additionally, U-Haul needs to list instructions on how to get into the truck with a mobile check in. It took me almost an hour later than I planned to leave because there was no e-mail providing instructions when picking up the truck and there were no instructions on your website either. Please do better going forward. Also, please get back to me regarding the refund I need for the dolly as soon as possible. Merci.

Clean vehicles. App was not efficient. When there was a problem with the app resetting, not able to verify location, etc. There should be an alternative way to check in and out. The delay picking up the vehicle cost me $300 because it made me late. Very frustrating experience. Vehicle had almost an empty tank when I picked it up. So that made me even later.

There was no cell reception to do the online check in and the gas station did not provide any WiFi. Thankfully I was not alone and between the three of us, one person had a phone that helped us complete the process. If I was alone I wouldn't have been able to complete the self check in. I wasted so much time figuring it out and became panicked that I wouldn't be able to complete my move in time.

I am handicapped. I returned the trailer, put it on the side of the business where I was told. Then another person came out and demanded that I move the trailer 10 feet and hook it back up to my car. I can barely walk. The contract is not specific that I put that trailer anywhere Just to drop it off where I said. Your drop off point personnel was unacceptable. I've never been so insulted. Then I go to call you guys. Over 40 minutes. No chat support. Another 40 minutes on hold trying to call. So I opted for a callback. I got a call back I got hung up on no one ever talk to me , five minutes of silence and then hang up. Bravo what are you guys do for an encore

I was originally supposed to pick up at a different location. They called the day before and said they didn't have the truck I reserved. So they changed the reservation to another location. When I showed up at the new location, they said they didn't have a truck for me. They sent me to yet another location. That location didn't open for another hour so I had to sit and wait. The employee was also about 10 minutes late. The air conditioner in the truck didn't work well and it was extremely hot. I also reserved furniture pads and they did not provide any, even after I drove back and asked for them. When I went to return, I was supposed to return at a certain location. Apparently, with all the changes, my return location was changed to a location farther away, which caused a mileage fee. It was all just a big mess. Also, if you return after hours, apparently they charge an after hours fee.

Truck a/c inoperable, forgot my dozen moving blankets. Went to local u-haul in Ranch Cucamonga to try to get blankets and was told would have to rent them again and then return truck to this store! Bad experience, will never use u-haul again!!!!!

This location was fine. I was scheduled to drop my equipment in another location but I was changed to this one. The location where I had storage ask to drop trailer there and truck later when I am finish unloading but when I was there was no space to park the truck and I couldn't check out through app so I had to go to this location to do off the truck. This was inconvenience. Rest the guy who took the keys was nice

Was over charged recieved truck w 1/8 of a tank bought it back w almost a quarter tank for the discount which I didn't get. Was charged insurance which I didn't ask for I will not recommend or use uhaul again. When I called to dispute this was put on hold then hung up on. Very unprofessional from a big company like that.

To start my 24 reservation mobile app was not working. Then I had to wait until 9 AM for an attendant to show up I get in the rental truck and there's for on the seats from a pet the check engine light is on. The whole time I was driving I was paranoid I was gonna break down I had a one-way to Orange County from Ontario California. I need to be compensated for something off my rental I've use U-Haul in the past and this is awful and unacceptable.

I asked for an enclosed trailer. With a loading ramp. Because I was taking my motorcycle an Indian Chief. I asked for a 6'x6' x 12' I got a 5' x5' x 8' with no ramp . I had to Jack up the trailer by a curb . Disconnect. Make a ramp & get it on there by myself. With straps to help pull it on while trying to balance it. Not good at all. I had no choice but to take it . I had to be out that day. The person on the phone lied to me

The people at this location were not helpful at all. It was my first time renting a UHAUL and after he was 30min late from my scheduled pick up time the individual kept cutting off my questions saying "Do it online. Everything is 24 hours online." I had to call another location just to help me figure out the app option. The front right tire was also low on air and he said it was fine. Worst customer care I've ever experienced

It was the worst experience I have had with uhaul .. the location on vineyard at the Mobil Gas station needs to be closed down .. the individual running the establishment is the rudest person I have ever come across .. I was yelled at by this vicious person , belittled and treated worse than a peasant on the street.. This is not acceptable especially when it's a man yelling at a woman in front of a public place .. so unacceptable and unprofessional…. I am appalled and disgusted with this establishment.. I will never rent from that place ever again … He charged my card an obscene amount for the truck I normally rent ( 3 times in a week ) shit that place down !!

Waited two hours at the mobile gas station for a 6' x 12' trailer that never got dropped off , then got charged twice. Thank god Mike the area manager had the funds put back to my account, also was on hold for 50 min. Unexceptable.

I chose a location close to me, but you changed my booking 2 times. The Ontario location is 30 miles from my house. Because you changed my booking twice I had to do 60 miles of extra driving. I'm not happy especially since I was notified less than 12 hours before my booking. Not happy Uhaul.

The process to return the keys were a bit sketchy, the attendant at the gas station just had me write down my name and number on a piece of ripped off paper and took the key. Would've felt safer returning the key to a lockbox since I would have been liable if anything or anyone had easy access to those keys.

Your mobile return app. is quite flawed! It took 1,5 hrs, with phone assistance, to return the truck. They finally told me to just turn in the key and they would note when it was returned.Quite frustrating!
