The truck gas tank was not filled, and we were told not to fill it before we delivered, and the delivery location charged us $43 to fill bb it, very upsetting

Nam NI wish U-haul would have let drop off my rental at the location. Instead of sending me a text later to take it to another location 3 miles father away. The young man at the location I dropped it off at was very friendly and polite

Crystal KMy only complaints are with the Uhaul website. It didn't show my reservation the first time I made it, so I made a second one. They weren't going to have the trailer I needed at my preferred location so the reservation got changed. Then when I arrived to pick up the trailer, the guy couldn't utilize that reservation. Every person I talked to along the way was super nice and helpful, it just seems like the website is full of glitches?

RANDALL MI thought the truck came with a ramp so I show up to load the truck with a dolly and had to load the truck one box at a time now I have a injured back, and I was over charged higher than when I reserved online??

Then blamed everyone but herself for it. Horrible horrible. She was rude, lacking any compassion towards the road-weary. Never had an issue with Uhaul before this. She ended our moving experience bitterly. Truly
