The person running the place with her rhinestoned jeans was super condescending. Simple answers were shot at me with with an irritated tone. I will not go back there. Parking lot is on gravel, got my brand new 80k truck super dirty. Location was great and in town the only plus.

The truck was not clean inside the cab. We brought it home and immediately wiped it down. The windshield was so covered with bugs that it was difficult to see out. It was also very hot in the area where you had to stand to complete paperwork....no ventilation. The woman that helped us from the office was excellent.

I didn't use the utility cart and fueled the truck to the level when I picked it up and was charged for both above the amount I should have been. Don't care for the process of getting and returning your equipment and would not recommend you.

The uhaul website would not process my location so I couldn't do mobile pick up or return. I returned the truck a day early but the online return system wasn't working so I was charged an extra day and a processing fee. In addition, the truck was old and dangerous to drive. Brakes and steering would go out at times and the entire truck felt like it was going to fall apart. Last, one of the ladies at the front desk was extremely rude to me and her coworker. Overall this was an awful experience that did not make my move any easier.

Sue Dunn who rented vehicle screwed up rental and another customers as well. Put me behind on move time over an hour with movers waiting. Was a corporate rental so nothing was done to compensate for my lost time and money.

This comment has to do with U-Haul HQ as they are the ones who choose the rates. One way rates are ridiculous! It's not my fault people are moving out of Illinois (hardly any trailers) and I have to pay an enormous one way rate!! I chose to save $210 to bring the trailer back 8 hours. I was coming back anyway but hauling a empty trailer for that long was crazy and also killed my gas mileage.

Truck was in terrible shape cost us more in gas and we almost did not make our dead line. The online calling after hours was horrible the first person was to busy eating and didn't want to be bother with us , once we finally got the 2nd person she helped walk us thru. Then we called and complained to Uhaul we get a sad email from Jeff who acts like he could careless. Your company is trash and were letting everybody hear about it.

I'm a Penske kinda a guy. Tried Uhaul and am blown away with the QUALITY of your equipment and staff. Your staff from the call center to pickup and drop off locations is second to NONE. Your leadership has taken UHaul to a whole new level of customer service. Thank you for such a wonderful experience in a stressful part of life. MOVING!!!

Didn't have the extra items I reserved. One of them, I was informed about the day before pick up, the other I was told would be in the truck, but they weren't. Luckily the movers had them. Not this location's fault, but also had to call uhaul customer service and was on hold 45 minutes one night and 20 minutes a second time I called a few days later.

Since i am disabled I can't turn the nut to tighten. The lady there did her best and hooked me up. But my nephew was able to make tighter. There was a man there but he didn't offer yo help

First the app to do the off hours pick up is garbage. Froze constantly, chat responses didnt show up, and it hung on every step. I had to resubmit my ID pictures 3 times, and when it was on the screen to get approved it just froze. I had to close the app and reload it to get it to do anything. 45 minutes later, and 2 calls from the call center I was able to get approved. Then the location did not have my keys to the truck I was supposed to pick up. I called the local number twice, and no response. I asked to cancel and get a refund, and the lady I spoke with told me I couldn't because "it showed I already had the key". When escalated to the corporate office, I told another lady my situation, and she apologized and allowed me to take another truck at no upcharge. I used the truck for less than 3 hours and dropped it off in the same condition I picked it up in. Then I was charged a cleaning fee, the email with my receipt gave me an email to contact in which I did, and it was undeliverable. This experience was awful, and I dread the next time I have to use Uhaul.

App didn't work luckily the 24 7 lock wasnt locked otherwise i would not have had access to the trucks. It could have potentially been a horrible experience. Even spoke with customer service. The rep was stumped. Whether we used the app or website, it wouldn't checkout the trucks

The lady was really rude. She seemed to be upset with someone on the phone, as she threw it on the counter after yelling into it. She then took her anger out on her coworker and didn't even attempt to be friendly to us. Then, she gave us the wrong drop off location which was 45 miles away from our destination, instead of the closer one that was only 2 miles away.

This is not a primary U-Haul location, but using U-Haul as an afterthought. The employee would not hook up my trailer, telling me I had to hook it up myself due to “liability” issues. I was told at the drop-off location that this was untrue and that U-Haul must hook up trailers themselves. I will not patronize this location again and will not recommend this Morton location. Very disappointing.

The receptionist was rude, getting upset and frustrated when i didn't provide the information she was apparently wanting. She simply asked for a contact number, so I provided my number. She got huffy and irritated saying that was already on file and she needed another emergency number. Then she proceeded to take a call while checking me out. When the second woman came in, she huffed out a "just do some paperwork!!" At her, like she was annoyed she had help for the day. I wouldn't recomend this site to someone i hate, much less a friend. Rudest i have ever been treated.
