I had to drive from Cedaredge to Montrose to get a UHaul when we have several UHaul dealers in the Delta area. This made it extremely to get all moved and get back on time. In addition I had to pay mileage to and from Montrose so my bill was way higher than it should have been. Quit renting Uhaul trucks to UPS and FEDEX and have available for customers who need them to move.jim M.
Short in running light caused me to have to stop for night in hotel. Fuse fixed on vehicle and had to drive last two hours at night without running lights due to multiple blown fuses.Brian D.

We were greeted by the attendant while she was already helping several other people at the time. She seemed to have a great system for busy times. She has been helpful each time we called or dropped in. Our truck was quite dirty, but were thrilled to get the large truck and realized how busy this time was.Sara A.

I reserved a 26 foot truck for a one way move from CO to Arizona. Due to the previous customer not returning the 26' truck on time I was relegated to renting a 20' truck. A 26' truck was available at the pickup location but UHaul was unable to provide permission to use it for a one way rental. As a result I had to leave behind some items that would not fit in the smaller truck.Richard B.

National computer system needs to be fixed. Location I choose didn't have the equipment I needed so was transferred to another location with no update to me. Luckily I called with a question so I knew it had changed BEFORE my pickup date. Even with online check in the process the person had to do and redo was rather ridiculous.Rebecca K.

Dads came through for me but the actual reservation was a bit of a nightmare. Nobody ever contacted me or assigned my trailer as promised to me after driving hundreds of miles and reserving early. My preferred/reserved location did not have one and wasted their time and mine trying to locate one at another location plus created a lot of stress.Luckily there was one at Dads but the situation could have been avoided if reservation system worked properly.Todd W.
Floor and ramp had visible motor oil which held us up considerably since WE had to clean it so no one would slip and fall while moving heavy furniture. Had not Even been swept out and cab was dirty too Not happy.carter S.

The service at the location was amazing. However, I got an email at 8 pm the night before saying my rental was cancelled that I was supposed to pick up at 8 am. Not impressed with the communication between online reservations and the actually location. Ended up having to drive over an hour each way to get a significantly smaller trailer than the van I had reserved 2 weeks prior.Jay S.

Offered no help to hitch up. I had to look through their yard to find the right one. Had to make a 300 mile round trip just to pick up the trailer. My basic disgust with the whole experience is with U-HAUL corporate and not the local dealer. The on-line experience was slow and unhelpful, the phone calls to the 800 number were similar. I was offered compensation for the long trip to pick up the trailer and then told by another person they can't do that and maybe the person who offered it was "new".Thomas B.

A huge gas leak prevented anyone entering the business so I never got close to the building when I dropped off the uhaul truck and everyone was scared the building could blow up so it was a scary situation.Sharon W.

The staff was rude and I never received an email, call or text regarding the change in pick up location - the woman behind the counter was slow, inconsiderate and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Debra your counter person was horrible, disrespectful. Nearly a bull dyke, not from the area rude as f!. Caused me greif and and an extra day cost of rental. Told me the vehicle i was needing to tow wouldn't fit. So i went anther neighborhood dealer had to get a transporter, but my boss said no! And the dealer there said that the vehicle would work with a tow dolly bit that theirs was locked out of use so she called debra at dads rental to have her reserve one by that time ot was 5 til 5 . That first place cost me a half a day of loading up to move. And im not sure that i received credit back on the transporter? What a hassle ! The next day once loaded we headed out from Montrose Colo. To fountain Colo traveling hwy 50 east because we had s A late start we were held over for road closure.due to snow on monarch pass. So i had tp pay for another day use of the truck. Yeah, im not thrilled about renting uhaul .but i. Really upset by the mannerism of the dads retail clerk. Then she eben wanted me to hook up the tow dolly? I said no, i wanted to be sure they hooked it up. Hello PENSKE? Vollie ClintonVollie C.

Although we like the location and ended up with a good trailer, we had to reject the first one due to a bald tire or two. Last year we had a flat tire after about 30 minutes of driving with our trailer so we didn't want a repeat of that. After asking the owner for a different trailer, he very willingly complied. The only reason he didn't get 5 stars is bc the first trailer, which we rejected, was defective.Marsha P.
