No one returned called. That includes U-Haul and place of business we rented from. We called U-Haul 2x and was on hold for 25 minutes each time with no each call ending in no resolution. I would never use U-Haul again if they basically didn't control the market in my area. Honestly I have never had service from any establishment as awful as I did yesterday. Made my sons move from college to home awful
crystal pI have worked with Dad's Toys for 4 years now while my daughter was in school. I can't say enough about this location! Christina is amazing. She has always been helpful, friendly, accommodating and fantastic to work with! I am very thankful for all the help and assistance that she provided. This location is comes HIGHLY reccomended!
Jeffrey BThe trailer was dropped off on March 31, 2024, at this location on the same day it was rented in Cincinnati. I called the Uhaul 800 number to report the drop off of the trailer. I received a call two days later from Uhaul in Columbus, OH asking when I was going to drop off trailer. I was informed no one had checked the trailer in. I received an email on April 3, 2024, advising the trailer was dropped off. It appears there are communication issues with Uhaul that need to be resolved.
Mike TI don't like that the hrs shown aren't the hrs available however when I went to another location prior they have the same policy ... But I have rented before from this location and she's awesome... Systems down ? No problem she has you covered... So I will continue to use her office ;)
KENNETH HU-Haul online did not have ability for me to pick up truck with cell phone even thought they took and confirmed reservation online. I was on hold 53 minutes with Uhaul morning of pick up and the lady couldn't get the pick up to work on my phone or online. She then said she couldn't hear me anymore and hung up and didn't call back even though took my number for just this reason. Your call in support is abysmal. I called Dad's Toys prior to booking online and no one picked up phone or returned voicemails. Thankfully day of rental they picked up my call and got me on the road over an hour late after Uhaul corp customer service was zero help. Because of this my timing loss compounded through out the day losing me many hours wasted.
Chris LManagers, sakes person went above and beyond the call of duty you doing to Supply a tow hitch and light adapter for my personal use for a few hours I think them for that.

Sheryl MI didn't realize I needed a 7-way round to 4-pin-flat towing adapter for my 2020 Honda Ridgeline. I usually expect to buy towing accessories at U-Haul, but this location was physically closed and the rental was initiated over the phone. I had to drive to O'Reilly's auto parts to buy the adapter.

Bob DBest uhaul experience I have ever had, my first time renting from this particular location, and will always be using this location only, very different from all of my previous experiences with other locations, here helping out customers comes before making money, I wish that all other locations can learn from them how to run a business, thank you so much for your help, I will always come back.
Ahmed YThe location does not have good cell service making it almost impossible to do the online check in process. My overall experience with the online check in process was very negative. There has to be a better way for that to occur. I will not be using the online check in option in the future. I was very, very frustrated with the process.

Lora HTruck in bad condition and did not run well. Lots of sand in the back. Person was not there to give me key and we had to wait 30 mins for them to answer our calls and tell us to get the key from the truck. Cost way too much for just taking the truck 21 miles and returning it 2 hours later. Ridiculous. The place we picked up was also gross and creepy too.

Stacey KI would recommend this UHaul location to anyone! Kristine is wonderful and helped me figure out just what UHaul would be best and safest to meet my needs. She provided me with several options. Additionally, she was so understanding and I was able to contact her when we were on the road to answer questions we had about the vehicle. As a woman, this gave me a great deal of comfort that someone had our back and that she wasn't just renting us a vehicle, she was providing us with "service", caring, and concern for our safety. Hard to find these days!
Renee MNot sure for the next customer but i wanted to ask few questions for my self. 1. I returned the U Haul the same day i picked up (picked up on 8/4 and returned on the same day). Per the contract the return date is 8/6 at 10 AM. I returned the truck after hours and the location entrance was totally dark. A street light at the entrance would be great to have. 2. I also put full tank of gas before returning. I later realised when i picked up, the tank was 1 quarter less than the full tank. Would really apprecaite if i can be given some refund/credit for the early return and extra gas.

Angel HFor the most part it was clean. It stated in the paperwork if it came back dirty we would be charged. We did sweep out the back end before and after we used it. Just the front end looked as though someone tried to clean it but it was a bit muddy. I would rent here again!
Karen RRental truck steering was worn out at 86000 miles on the odometer. At 55 mph on a concrete 4-lane the vehicle wondered to the left then to right, at 60 mph vehicle pulled hard to the right. Cold tire pressure was 80 on all four tires.

HEATHER SThe staff at Dad's Toys were very helpful through the whole process. I waited too long to reserve a unit and we had the unique need that we were storing multiple people's items during the move-out/move-in transition week. Kristine was able to work with me and helped us with a spot for the truck to stay until we were able to move in so it wouldn't be on our neighborhood street. I've already recommended and will do so again, when we might need a uhaul in the future.
