Again this location was where I had to go to actually get a vehicle 3 hours later was promised a 50 dollar rebate but none of the retailers would accept it so I guess for all my time and trouble I got exactly nothing next time I will look and see if there is another option beside uhaul got the shaft all the way around

Worse experience yet in renting an auto trailer transport. Had to go through 4 different stores before you were able to find me one that was located 30 miles away from original location Trailer was in poor condition with broken safety chains and some signals not operational

The trailers should be on jacks. Being a female and the people we rented from were both females. it was extremely hard to get the trailer up and on the trailer hitch. I have bruises all over my arms and legs from picking the trailer up.

Only one person to help with rental who was constantly interrupted with convenience store customers. I completed forms on line and had to go through it again at pickup. Why do both? There was a tire pressure service light on even though tires were at recommended pressure.

Make sure to have paper work in hand verifying your drop off destination before leaving lot. Don't rely on an email coming through SOMETIME that you never receive.

Your website was absolutely wrong and when the clerk at Daisy, where I made the appointment quoted me $109 and it ended up costing me 138. + 48.54 + 15,00 , I feel I really got ripped off. Will NEVER deal with you again.

The pickup / Drop off location was fine, my issues are with UHaul and how they operate and treat customers overall. I had reserved a trailer several weeks in advance for pickup in Statesboro, GA. I had a pickup time scheduled at 4:00 in the afternoon, I had called the location at 12:00 to see if it would be available for early pickup and no one answered the phone so I left a message, their out going message stated they are closed from 12:00 - 2:00 everyday which seems ludicrous to me, but I had to wait till 2:00 to call back and again there was no answer so I drove to the location to ask in person, and there were two people working in the office. They were quick to inform me that the trailer I reserved was already rented out to someone else "it's first come first serve" and there was no trailer available and "UHaul should have called to notify you" I ended up calling a regional rep with no answer and then they gave me another number to call and I was informed I would have to travel 30 miles away for the nearest available unit. Which was way out of the way for both moving locations and completely unacceptable. I have rented equipment from Uhaul several times over the past 20+ years and 9 times out of 10 this is how it goes. You apparently have no control over your reservation system and no standards at the pickup locations outside of the Uhaul corporate sites. It seems you make it difficult to use Uhaul and have not intention of making any changes. I would not only not recommend Uhaul I would actively discourage people from using your services. I should have learned my lesson years ago.
