U-Haul did not have a 26ft in my area. Had to drive an hour to go pick it up and an hour back home before we could start moving.

Christopher SLocation was notified that the plug broke and the trailer door leaked water onto our belongs getting most things wet.
Brianna KI drove in and immediately someone came out to begin the check-in process. She was very helpful and checked everything in quickly and efficiently. I wish there had been signs telling me where to go or where to park to check-in, but because I was helped immediately it was fine. Once again lots of room to maneuver the vehicle, which was very nice.
Brennan DYork location did Great! Now the S. Locust in Grand Island. I am very unhappy with. 3 hour drive was a waste of my time and they gave me 3 different prices for a 10' truck. Pissed me off so bad I went with York. Going to keep my business location. Thanks Dale's Trucks for making the move with us. It was easy and done in 24 hours.

Thos CSpent one and one-half hour trying to get key from box after being called 4 or 5 times in the last week having different people tell me I was all set. I asked one of them if the left hand knew what the right hand wa doing. Everyone told me something diffeent
Raymond MThe back running lights on the trailer do not work. The brakes lights and blinkers worked tho. We got pulled over for having no lights driving at night.

Chris DI was instructed to drop off the rental vehicle at this location from U-Haul roadside assistance after it had broken down and to pickup a new vehicle. Female employee from this location used the U-Haul system to acquire my personal cell number to initiate a hostile phone call to berate me on where I parked the vehicle. She kept yelling for me to return and move the vehicle or she would have it towed with all my possessions. I dropped it off where I was instructed on the only flat area so the contracted movers could transfer my stuff from one truck to another, went to a fast food place to get food for myself and my family then received the call from whoever she was saying it was too close to a door and I had to move it then, and would not listen. I returned to see where the truck was and pickup the key for the new vehicle, she had left the key in a Dropbox and it took almost two hrs for her to send the combo to U-Haul. Then the next morning same person charged me ~$400 for dropping off a broke down vehicle at the wrong location according to my contract but where I was directed to by U-Haul.
