He gave us a truck that was clean but the transmission was slipping. I kept calling to see if I could bring it back but the voicemail kept coming on and hanging up so you couldn't leave a message. However, we was able to rent the truck on short notice.

No room to maneuver trailer to get it in. No room to turn around to make it easier Too many cars in their parking lot to drop off without jack knife backing. Cant hand move a car trailer.

Owner was over half hour late(never met him). Staging area was too small and restrictive for any sort of maneuverability. Pig tail hookup was missing from trailer lights, so I had to replace it out of my pocket, also several of the tires on trailer were worn so badly I was considering not making my trips with it however decided to nervously risk it. I was over charged a day and refunded only after I thankfully noticed and called (this took 5 attempts as the owner was not present yet again). Little to no customer service is the bottom line. It isn't hard to show up on time and make sure you're equipment has the basic safety and legal requirements.

Sweep out the back of the trucks. We found broken glass in the back and had to sweep both before and after use. Have trucks on a full tank of gas. I received the truck on just over 1/4th tank and I returned it with the same amount. I have pictures of the gauge that show that. I was charged 18 additional dollars for fuel on my final bill. Not a good experience

You charged me $18 for fuel? The fuel was more than what I started with. I took a picture of the fuel gauge when I dropped it off. I fueled it up a block from where I dropped it off at. I put 7 gallons in it. Plus the 3 gal you charged me for? 32 miles don't equate to 10 gallons. Had to pick the truck up 9 miles away when there is a Uhaul 1/2 miles from my house and 3-4 others closer. (seen the same trucks in their lots) seems like gouging for miles and fuel over charge. At Pickup, truck still had to be cleaned an hour after my scheduled pickup and had to WAIT. AND no appliance dolly available after reserving it and only 5 moving blankets when a dozen reserved. which meant I could not move all of what needed to be moved. Pretty much a wasted rental that was over charged. not real happy with this experience at all.

This was the third location we were directed to. Very unhappy with getting moved around. Really created issues for our move.

Online check in was more difficult than expected, especially the part that requires 2 of 5 additional ID checks, while I'm standing in the parking lot. This was not covered before pickup and delayed the process by 25 minutes. In other cases I can see people being not able to complete the process and being S.O.L. Very frustrated to say the least and many choice words were uttered at that time. Otherwise no problems with the Van or move.

I had requested an appliance dolly, but there were none on-site. Per the advertisement, all trucks are equipped with tie down straps, but there were none. Otherwise the rental was as described.

The agent was very rude and criminally minded. He not lied and claimed that he did the return of the truck which I returned online 3 hrs before my due time, he took my deposit which iam currently sorting out with uhaul.

I needed help getting the pick up. Took over 1 hour before I got the help. The website was down. I didn't know i had to grab the appliance dolly so I didn't get one. The guy who texted me was great once he got it.

Didn't know it wasn't told anything about drop off during closed business hours from the store person except through text through U-Haul , which is partly my fault. If the person in charge would give a quick demonstration of what should be done and if returning to that same place where drop off key box and contract gets put that would be very helpful for those of us not are visual and not transhumanism (have to be on our phone 24/7:) thanks

The drop of share site was a hassle. It says you can save $20 by using it, but since it didn't allow me to bypass the location share, which I followed directions to turn on to check in, it just wasn't working, I couldn't utilize this option.

The rivets to hold the door on need attention. There are four missing. The door is hanging from the top 2 rivets. Other than that everything was great.

I had issues with the web-site/app logging in to retrieve the vehicle. Once I was able to get logged in, the retrieval process was quick and easy. I returned the vehicle around noon (4 hours early!). The representative was not available at the time, I left they keys on the counter and information with someone at the auto shop. I reviewed my bill, and I was charged for a furniture dolly, furniture pads and a utility dolly. There is only one dolly in the truck. I informed the gentleman at the auto shop that the dolly and furniture pads were not locked upon pick up. I plan to contact Monday to follow up, but it adds to the frustration of the move weekend - (several things went wrong the day of the move...and this has just added to it.)

I had to wait over 75 minutes before this location opened doors. The u-haul was dirty, I clicked it was clean because I didn't have to to wait any longer for it to get cleaned out I already was 75 mins moving my items because the u haul place didn't open on time. Three customers had to wait 75 mins or more

Inform customers that if you return the truck after hours that they are going to charge you a few anyway if you schedule it or not. I was charged $20 after the check in.

I couldn't return the truck online and had to leave without any confirmation. Uhaul had to call me back but never did. The guys at Danci were great. Your system gets a 0 star review. Will NOT be using this again.

I purposely refused to rent a U-Haul from here due to past experiences. I was told that my preferred location (much nicer) was out of stock of the van… So I had to return! Guess what…missing items again. Oh and the U-Haul broke down
