Last week I rented a 26 ft truck and it was dirty n after the owner gave me the wrong truck compared to the paperwork I waited 50 min for him to get off the phone to help me which took an hour away from my time to move and i was very limited on daylight to begin with. He just seemed careless n rude. Rented a van today and it was FILTHY!! Nasty disgusting! I feel like this location just wants to collect their paycheck. Only cake back bc it’s a handy location n less mileage cost if I get it off route 4 right there.. LOVE uhaul!! Always have but this location is horrible.

The location was not Danco Transmission. It was Secure EZ storage. Their check in policies were not in line with the location where I rented the truck and I was told I would have to pay a $30 cleaning fee. So I took the truck back to the original rental location.

Wasn't able to pick up truck without going to the store, email link didn't work, said it couldn't see my location even though the uhaul verified that it was set properly. Had to wait 45 minutes for the store to open. Same with returning the truck, customer service said I couldn't drop the key in the drop box, but I received a call the next day and they said I should have. Notes were not put on the account even though the rep assured me she would notate the acct. I am supposed to be getting a credit on my account, but not sure if that will happen. Poor service!

Left two messages prior to pickup, no return call. Did not have the furniture dolly I reserved. Upon on returning no one was at location to return truck to. Called U-Haul main number rude representatives finally called back and spoke to someone willing to help. Received an email that truck was late when clearly it wasn’t. Bad experience will never use the service again.

No one was there to check me in for my return. I arrived at 810am and my return was due at 10 am. The lady there said just drop it off is all you have to do. I then proceeded to get texts and emails from u haul saying my equipment hadn’t been returned. I called the place direct and left 2 voicemail messages and no one ever returned my call. I then called uhaul equipment direct and they tried to call.. no answer. I explained what happened and they said they would list equipment as returned. The next morning I got an email saying my trailer was returned. No one ever returned a call. Need to have another back up person to do the rentals if the main guy is not there. The texts and emails from uhaul then made me feel like a theif.. very frustrating experience

No experienced staff member was available to assist me at time of pick up. They had to call another person, who was on vacation to walk them through, step by step to complete the rental. This transaction took 45 minutes to complete, this was unacceptable!

hello, it was wonderful, normally I'd like to move last Friday but the Apartment didn't be ready according agreement I had with Apartment Office, in fact U-HAUL truck helps me to keep all my items inside to the truck while 6 days, just today they call me to enter in my new apartment. I thank U-HAUL for his help.

1) Driver side mirror was not tight enough had to keep readjusting each time I hit a bump readjusted 10 to 12 times on short trip.. 2) Would be good if the mobile app provided an error if you don't get a good picture.. it just doesn't let you move forward to the next step..so it's unclear what the problem is (You conclude the app isn't working or locked up) when it doesn't let you move forward without a picture error notification.

No representative was present when I dropped off my trailer. The location is shared and I was assisted by someone from the other company who stated he would tell the U-Haul associate about my trailer drop off but 3 hours later just after my drop off time I received notification that the trailer had not been received. I had to call U-Haul corporate to get it straightened out because no one at the location would answer the phone .

Told where to park. No one offered to take care of paperwork. Apparently, they did not process our return requiring us to follow up with UHaul regarding 'unreturned equipment' and also experienced a late charge due to their failure. This charge was reversed by UHaul.

Great service; easy, no hassle reservation and check out! The equipment was clean and in working order, with a van which got good mileage! I would definitely recommend this uhaul location.

The truck was NOT washed. Bug guys all over the windshield. The inside of the windshield had a film on it. I had to wash it myself since the glare from the sun made it difficult to see through. The cargo area had not been cleaned and the 12 blankets we ordered were not in the truck. I took 5 from another truck. Pick up using the app was not good. No code number for the key lockbox was given. We had to call the number listed and the person on the phone got us the code so we could get the key

When I arrived, I had to wait for 20 minutes to even be greeted along with 2 other customers. Once the associate came out to greet us, I waited another 15 minutes behind 2 other customers. Once it was my turn to be helped, the computer system froze and had to be restarted and still wouldn’t work. I had already checked in online and this was anything but the quick process that I was expecting after taking the time to check in. By the time I had finally left the pickup location it took nearly an hour in total. This was a terrible experience and I will avoid this location at all cost in the future.

I wasn’t supposed to have booked from here to begin with. Your app screwed me over and cancelled my booking with my desired location and I had to call in and get it restored and after 2 hours or so the app booked a truck for me down the road a ways for who know what reason. Just a nightmare experience overall usually I have no problems but this time just about anything that could go wrong did. I was supposed to get credited for an Uber/Lyft ride to this other location and $50 warranty guarantee for this nightmare but nothing. I phoned in today to check status of my refunds. Guy put me on hold for several minutes and then the call dropped. Insane!!!

The vehicle was filled to three fours of a tank as requested. Email show that we were charged for more fuel. Obviously, the company filled the vehicle to full when it was originally put on 3/4. Scammers and dishonesty is the title of this business.

The guy who was helping us was very kind and wanted to do whatever it took to help us out (his name was Taylor) and had great customer service but it was his first day and didn’t quite know how to answer our questions and check us in & such. When I reserved our truck online it was $40. I knew there would be some additional costs but never thought it would add up to $100. That should be something that is shown online. I still don’t know where the extra charges came from even with the measly 12 miles I estimated we’d drive. The website also did not indicate we would be required to pay some type of insurance. All in all the truck served its purpose well but everything else could have been improved.

when the vehicle was given to me it had flat tire which i immediately went back to the office and told the gentlemen. he took the unit to the shop and aired up the tire which seemed to correct the problem however by the time i arrived at my house 5 miles from dealership it was hissing whne i got out vehicle and saw a nail in the tire. i called immediated and told the gentlemen about the tire and he said hew would call me back. i called back about an hour later and he told me he could not get ahold of road side help. i explained i was in time constrainst move and offer to take my air compressor andkeep filling the tire thru out the day. The attendent told me due to the trouble i would be compensated with a discount which i was not and billed in full ..call me at 513-295-0817to discuss

Check in returns on time so that customers don’t receive calls/emails about items NOT being returned and being threatened with legal action. I returned a van same day I rented. The next day I get an email saying it wasn’t returned and a case had been filed. Then found out they hadn’t checked it in even though it was 12 pm the day after I rented. It was a headache. Check in your returns on time.

The location is a transmission shop, so uhaul isn't their top priority. Owner/manager was very helpful. The online / telephone booking system is an absolute disaster. Calling the number for his u-haul location takes you to a national operator who "pretends" to be from that location and gave me bad info about what equipt. was available and ended up sending me to 3 different locations before I found the equipt. I needed. Again, this is not a complaint about this location, this is a complaint about your Phone number / customer service allocation system.

The break or the starter was not in good condition. The moment the engine starts and your foot is on the break pedal you feel and hears some down sound in the wheels. The van nearly left me on the highway.

The right front headlight was out. There was no windshield wiper fluid. The cab reeked of cigarette smoke. On Saturday (pickup day) Danco was open but the UHaul side was not until 0915. Sunday they were not open at 0910 despite posted hours of 8a-11a. Horrible. Will certainly never use this site again, and will go to great lengths to avoid UHaul in general now, too.

I have rented u-haul trailers many times in the past however this was the first I have picked up from this location the guy that checked me out was nice however I had no help hooking up or checking the lights since I was by my self. of it had a normal lift tung and it didn't need lifted it would have been different.

Clean the cab of the truck out (personal belongings, debris and trash, sweep the cargo area out (prior renters small items everywhere) , shorten the 20 min wait to pick up and the other 15 to drop off. Actually have staff waiting at the desk. Rental company should do a pre trip with the renter prior to leaving the lot.
