Got a flat tire, couldn't find a jack. U-Haul service personnel told me the van didn't have one. Waited 2 1/2 hours for a service truck. 2 1/2 hours! When they finally arrived the jack was found. Tire changed to spare in 4 minutes flat. Lost half a day with my rental. D&H Auto was great, though.

Service is great at D&H. They helped recover from an issue with another nearby UHaul rental location that failed to advise of issues between Ford and UHaul on morning of rental. Crisis averted because D&H had alternative.

Had to relocate for a truck but it worked out great! Used U-Haul couple of times never failed us thank you

Overcharged for fuel and a cleaning fee. Nickel and dime you on every thing. I rent a few uhaul trucks a month and wouldn't recommend this location ever again.

The I believe was the owner was great and extremely helpful when I picked up the trailer I rented. When I dropped it off he was rude and short with me when I asked questions. I had to unhook and push the trailer into a spot with no help.

The UHaul application not very user friendly

Add more lighting to the parking lot. Had to use flashlight to find vehicle # on truck. Inside the truck was artificial christmas tree needles. Lots of them. My biggest complaint was the UHAUL APP. Simply didn't work to let me pick up the truck. I was on the phone for over an hour with multiple customer service agents. At the very end of getting a solution to work, the agent asked me for the location I would be dropping the vehicle off at. I asked her for assistance to look it up in my initial rental. I did not have the address on me to answer her question. She told me that I could select any location and then change it later. I asked if we could get correct the 1st time since I did not want to have another issue with a wrong location selected. I don't know why but the agent didn't want to assist so simply hung up on me ! My wife was with me and heard the entire conversation and was really surprised that the agent seemed put off to assist me while we were sitting in the dark at the pick up location and it was cold as well. No fun for anyone. I asked my wife if I was short with the agent at the end and she said it was clear in my tone that I wanted to get it correct so no further issues and the agent simple hung up. Very sad. Also, the verification of identifying myself as the person to pick up the truck was not clear defined when I setup the rental. I followed all the instructions and did the pre-check in and the additional verification was a bad experience and stressful on my family. My recommendation is to NOT use the APP. Simply does not work. VERY VERY SAD.

One of the tires had no air in it when I picked up the trailer. Had to stop and put air in tire. D & G Auto charged me and additional day of service after dropping of the trailer 1 hour outside of the 24 hour window on a Sunday.

The exterior was dirty (Michigan dirt roads), otherwise the truck was well maintained. Everyone working at the location was very helpful during my transaction.

One of the parking lights on right side of the trailer did not work. Brake and blinkers worked fine. Trailer was in good condition and worked well. Thank you. The dealer was courteous and efficient and did offer to switch the trailer worth the working light. Due to limited time and having a trailer hooked up to the track went with original. thumbs up to thd pickup dealer who was very accommodating.

Ran out of washer fluid half way to destination on expressway with lots of salt flying at me, couldn't move seat forward, and the handle popped off every time I Rolled the window down. Otherwise it was great.

UHaul needs to make the online experience actually work every time. If the owner wasn't available, I would have been screwed, in the freezing, cold, winter blast that was upon us. He was very helpful

These guys at this location are awesome!!!! I've been renting a 26' every year for a charity event.... the few times uhaul had thrown me to another location had been a nightmare! These guys are the only ones I'd freak with in this town!!!!!

There was an extra charge for $4.67. What is that for? You ruin a great experience by adding in extra charges for no reason. Unacceptable

The process was easy and the staff was helpful with my questions using the self-check in. The only complaint I have was the self check-in seemed to take longer than it would if I had went to the service desk.

Excellent experience. Uhaul had the exact size of truck and trailer for the needs of the move from Michigan to Florida. The equipment was clean and in perfect condition.

I have no complaints about D&H Auto Repair. My primary source of pain and frustration was surrounding the U-Haul app itself. Even though I had 4 bars on 5G, when picking up my vehicle and returning my vehicle, the app would become unresponsive. The drivers license scanner did not work. I had to engage support multiple times during this trip (surprisingly, the support function of the app worked just fine.) All of this meant long delays with me standing outside in the snow being very frustrated while waiting for the app to respond. I will not use the app again unless I'm reassured that some improvements have been made to its reliability and functionality. Additionally, the interior rear light of the van would not turn off, which was a major distraction while driving.

Had I known that I was not going to be able to personally check out and check in this vehicle I would not have done it. The mobile app was not user friendly, kept freezing and to be honest I had to do all of the paperwork, take pictures of the vehicle while out in the rain, just an overall unhappy experience that I did not have the time for. For both the check in and check out I had to call customer service and while they were helpful the whole process took triple the time it should have.
