The drivers seat lever to move the seat forward and back is hard to use. I had to adjust it from standing outside the truck. The bar is too close to seat so theres no room to lift up on it to get it to move. The passenger side mirror is pointed so you can only see the ground and side of truck. No controls inside the truck and cant move by hand. This is a safty issue. I had to have my passenger tell me if ut was okay to change lanes. I originally signed up for the uhaul nearest my home on hwy 31 and spring street. Not sure how i ended up having to drive a lot further away. Also when i was adding gas my mind was wondering n i ended up filling the gas tank. I told the guy there n all he said was Thanks for the gas, but theres nothing i can due about it. Also the guy when we arrived to pick up the truck while we were talking he made a rude/sarcastic comment how people must love having me around if im in a big room to help people find someone. He was reffering to how loud i talk. I clarified with him if it was my talking loud that he was reffering too n he said yes. I am deaf in one ear and i talk loud but that comment shouldnt have been made. Its a day later n i still feel bad. When i went to drop off the truck i barely talked at all because of his comment. He acts super nice but does digs to people to nicely tell you his opinion. I dont know, but ill make sure i never rent from that location ever again. Like i said the locaction i chose would have not been listed for the location if there was no truck availible. Ive never had a problem renting with uhaul in the past so im kinda surprised this time wasnt just as pleasnt.

After driving the vehicle for a while, the drivers side mirror had moved and I could not see anything. I adjusted it multiple times without success. After a few miles it would vibrate to an unusable position. Also, at the first fuel stop, I noticed the inner 1/3 of the drivers side front tire was COMPLETELY BALD. No tread whatsoever. I have to say, I was extremely paranoid driving this vehicle.

The rim of the truck was bent and had a flat tire. Roadside never could get anybody out to replace the tire. It messed with the movers I payed to help me.

The person working there was awesome! They made the experience so great. They were so friendly and had me cracking up with their jokes. They truly made my day in the little time of our interaction. I wish I would've gotten their name because they need to be recognized for the awesome customer service! In a world where it seems like everyone is only working because they have to and it shows in their customer service. They made me feel like they actually like their job and really about customer service. I will only be renting from this one whenever possible! Will definitely be recommending!

Check in was fine, but unfortunately the neighborhood was a little sketchy at night time. Definitely heard 10 gunshots and police sirens very close by. Pulled in to afterhours drop off lot fine, just would have liked more lighting for the lot for better safety/security.

Deliver the truck to the customer with the tank full, as in the former days when I started renting from U Haul. If the customer picks up the truck with a full tank, then there's no guess work at refilling the tank when the customer returns the truck. On the other hand, if the customer is supposed to bring the truck back with a tank 5/16 full, how is he supposed to know that? The customer, to avoid being charged for shorting the agency, will inadvertently put In a gallon or more of fuel for fears he is short 5/16 a tank of fuel. Get my point? This business of not delivering the truck with a full tank, as in the olden days, strikes me as a sharp business practice to squeeze a few more bucks out of unsuspecting customers.

The equipment was dirty and snelled like an ashtray. When I returned it and tried to make these things known, Uhaul tried to charge me 26 for cleaning charges. I should have been refunded for having to drive in such a filthy truck. The location is unsafe and very dirty!

We found candy wrappers in the glove compartment and a crushed can behind the seat. The radio antenna was missing. We had to travel across town with a full load to get one. We were given two stories when it was cleaned. The night before pickup we were told our Uhaul was not available. They wanted us to travel 75 miles one way to pick it up at a different location. That was not acceptable.

Picking up the truck via U-Haul app took a lot longer than expected. Wound up using the website instead of the app because my reservation was not showing up on the app. Return was much easier when I could actually talk to a person on site. Great vehicle, nice and clean, easy to drive!

Staff very friendly and professional, the location was not that great as when we returned the truck there was a large police presence like 3 or 4 blocks away and delayed me getting to work. It is what it is and has no fault of U-haul.
