I called the day before pickup to make sure the car hauler was a road worthy trailer as I was traveling 800 (to and from) miles to purchase a car. The woman at D&A Liquors stated the trailer was great and I would have no issues. When I got to the agent after a 6 hour drive, the tire was flat on the left side. I asked why would you tell me the trailer was good when it obviously has a flat tire. The woman stated "Well I don't actually look at the trailers how would I know" I asked if they could put air in the tire and I purchased the road hazard insurance. I then proceeded 25 miles to the car pick up., at which point the tire was flat again. I called the agent from a landline because there was no cell service and it was pouring rain. I asked if they could have Uhaul deliver a tire to her location where I could go back and have it changed. She refused and said call 1-800-Uhaul and hung up on me 3 times. I called the number and it stated there was an extreme wait, I was on hold for over an hour before losing cell service again. I called AAA and was on hold for 2 hours on the interstate while the tire bas bouncing. It was raining extremely hard when the tire blew out, I called 911 and they couldn't do anything for me either so I had to drive the 200 miles left at 40 MPH with flashers on while the tire was smoking in the pouring rain. I finally got back home at 11 pm (should have pulled in at 6pm) I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again as this could have cost me personal injury just because your agent was defiant in helping in any way whatsoever Sincerely, William Haney - CEO ACS GroupWilliam H.

I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone after the horrible experience I had with Uhaul corporate. I reserved a trailer online that was listed as available to be picked up in ~1hr. I declined all additional charges including Safe Tow. When I arrived at the location the trailer was ready to go and D & A Liquors representative were extremely helpful and responsive. Unfortunately Donna had to advise me that the trailer could not be released because Uhaul Corp, did not show the trailer as available to be rented in Uhaul's system. Donna was apologetic to me and extremely upset with Uhaul. I had to wait 1,5Hrs with the trailer attached to my rig before I was allowed to depart. Beyond ridiculous. On top of that I was charged for insurance I did not select and The Uhaul rep I spoke to while waiting was very rude & offensive. Now I wait for 20min on hold to fix their over-billing tactic... wait, they just hung up on me. I guess I'll have to call my credit card & dispute the charges.Michael M.

The online process of doing it all on my phone with filling out forms and scanning/uploading my my diver's license is a pain and obtrusive especially in a area with a weak cellular signal. It would have been safer and more easier if the site handled the paper work directly like they used to do before the lets do every through a phone era.JUSTIN C.
