The people that worked there were amazing but the system that you use needs to be updated. I waited there for over an hour because my name was flagged by the company. Unfortunately this was not explained on the system, so we proceeded to call several people before we found out that my name was flagged. I was told that I had an outstanding balance with the company when this was my first time renting a U-haul. I then had to call someone to explain that I did not have an outstanding balance. Finally I was able to get my truck and it was left at 1/4 tank instead of 3/8 like it was supposed to but I was so frustrated at this point that I paid the extra $25 in gas to bring it back up to 3/8 when I returned it. This experience was awful and we still had to pack up and move our entire apartment afterwords. Please update your system so that others won't have to go through what I did.
