Great location, owner is very friendly and gets you on your way quickly.
Kevin DI returned the vehicle on 17 Feb 2024 and still have not received my final invoice for the rental. I am concerned the billing is taking so long the charges will not be accurate.

MARK DI told the address of my destination to the woman who checked me out, yet when I returned the U-Haul (to a location 10 miles further than the nearest location) I was charged for a mileage overage and not refilling the gas, despite it being at 1/2 when I left and 1/2 when I returned it
quinn pU-Haul guy was extremely nice.
LEYNA BI rushed to arrive by 1pm, when they were scheduled to close, because I wanted to speak with a representative when I got there. No one was there when I got there at 12:48pm. The number listed on the door for "UHaul" went to a representative who didn't work for UHaul. That person directed me to another number for the UHaul representative and no one answered that number and the voicemail box was full.

Christopher` GIt was closed when we got there even though it was supposed to be open.there were two phone numbers taped to the door. I called. No answer. I used the remote drop off function with the GPS and put the keys in the slot marked uhaul key drop. . However I just got the bill and was charged an after hours drop off fee. Even though I returned it a full day early. I not thrilled.

Gregory WThere wasn't enough lighting. It was an after hours pickup and the lighting was bad. I got dropped off to pick up the truck, then it started raining, so I had to stand out in the rain for 45 minutes waiting for customer support because the app/system was having issues giving me the correct rental information.
Christopher CI think the problem we had was dispatch sent me there, and the dealer had already had someone line up for Saturday afternoon to use the truck so we ended up with a one day rental vs 2 day. The whole time the original request was for a brookfield Truck so it would have been a lot less miles for our our needs but was told they didn;t have one. Well the 15' truck set in the Brookfield yard all day Saturday never moving, The Gentleman in D & M was awesome

WILLIAM AWe are so greatful we decided to use U-Haul. It made it Soo much easier. We were fortunate to have a pick up also though. Two bedroom Apt in 15' truck was not enough. Best part was we were able to drop it off in our hometown instead of back to the Thruway which was 30 miles away. Definitely worth it!!

Stephen Nthe windshield had an 1/8 of an inch of snow on it. they could have started it up and at least defrosted it. also there was only 1/8 of a tank of gas. they gave me a 20 dollar credit. i shouldn't have to put gas in tank as soon as i get it.
