The lady came one hour late for my pick up.It was for 9:00 she made it right before 10:00.I got not walk through on equipment or truck.Didn't show how to work.The truck was dirty inside and out.Even had food inside!VICTORIA A.

Nothing at this location. However, I ordered a truck for a one way move 2,5 weeks in advance from Climate Safe in Biloxi Mississippi. Was informed 2 days before pickup that the size was not available. At that point, my reservation was MOVED to a different location, and the truck size went from 10 ft. to a 15 ft. I informed Uhaul that I did not want or need a truck that big. So ON MY OWN, I found a 10 ft truck from D & S Auto. Yolaine, the proprietor, worked with me to insure that my move from Biloxi, MS to Joplin, MO. went awesome.MARCIA H.
My trailer had a tire with 15psi and cupping on the tread when recieved. The location did not know how to reserve a trailer using cash. They also did not update my address.Spencer W.
The posted hours said they were open but the doors were locked. I dropped off the trailer around 1:00pm on Saturday. Maybe the hours are different due to COVID. The instructions online were very helpful with returning the trailer.DONALD M.

I was charged $44 for going over my mileage, however... I was given almost 70 miles cushion room and I went from my beginning location to end location without deviating from the route... how I accumulated the extra miles I HAVE NO CLUE... but something is wrongTESSA S.

I read the bad reviews for this location but it was the only location in the Gulfport area with the trailer I wanted on the day I needed it. To my relief and satisfaction, I found the personnel to be extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating...even while busy helping other customers and dealing with system issues.JAMES C.

Leaking truck! This spoiled my entire move! Not to mention the charges being wrong, which I had to call to get corrected. I had 5 storage units to empty. Only got one done due to having to stop everything, contend with wet belongings, AND having to waste my time driving back to the uhaul location and deal with inadequate people who were pleasant, but not accommodating to my situation. This is the second time I have used uhaul and will never use or recommend them ever to anyone! I do not feel they understand the importance of being confident that a personal move is stressful enough without having to dwal with wet belongings and inadequate service. Why didnt they offer to bring me a truck instead of me having to return it and switch it out, wasting valuable time?DONNAMARIE W.

I am very upset with Uhaul for changing my pickup location and time without notifying me. I had set a pickup time of 5:30pm at Cajun Gourmet in Long Beach. Instead I got a phone call from D&M stating that they were closing at 4pm and did I still want the trailer. I am very upset with Uhaul!!!!! Sorry for repeating, but if you're going to change something that much, you NEED to call the person. D&M was much further away than Cajun Gourmet. Now, the good news is the lady at D&M stayed at work over 40 minutes late so I could get the trailer. She was awesome.HAYWOOD L.

Paper contracts, because I got fucked over on my refund because the dealer neglected to explain the details about one way or drop offs.If, had a paper contract I could have read the difference and made the decision to make drop or return, dealers need more training,I'll never use fucking u haul again, and i'am going online let all my friends and family know and press on to friends and family!!!Ronnie E.

The owner, Sam Taylor, was very accommodating! He gave me an alternate drop location in Biloxi. Sam was very helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of me and my need!Dwayne S.
We found that the drop off was less than adequate. No turn around space, no clearing for drop off, the drop off location lacks space and an adequately prepared site for dropping off the uhaul trailer. Nothing provided by uhaul to help lift the extremely heavy trailer tongue off the trailer hitch. Very dissatisfied with uhaul.Beverly H.

There was no one at the facility at the time I dropped the trailer back off. There was another customer waiting to pick up a trailer. We called the phone number and were told she would not be back for 30 minutes.Ellis M.
The associate was sleeping when I came in to pick up my truck... She had no clue if what she was doing.. She double charged me & I had to spend hours on the phone with different customer service reps to get it fixed.. Still didn't recurve my $50 guarantee payment because all the issues & inconvenience this experience had caused me & my family...De Alva C.
First, the way the lady that was in the office was allowing her â€œadultâ€ son to walk around and dig through stuff and be VERY rude to my only his mother but the customers that were in the building was beyond unprofessional. The truck itself was having issues shift while the truck was empty. It was nasty inside the cab of the truck and inside the back. I had to sweep it out before I placed my beds in there. The truck smelled like cigarette smoke and had ashes everywhere along with spilled drink. It was ridiculous how disgusting the truck was. Never will I rent from that location again.Leslie A.

Had reserved a 10 ft unit at $19,99 per day several days before scheduled pick-up. When I arrived they had no 10 ft unit available. They rented me a larger unit (16 ft) for $39,99 per day. I had no need for a larger unit. I did rent a dolly for an additional $7.00. There was no adjustment for having to rent a larger unit. The woman who handled the rental seemed very put out that she had to wait on me and when I questioned not having the unit I reserved and a placard on her desk stating if I did not receive what I reserved U-Haul would pay me $50.00, she would not even speak to me. I am going to be in the need for another rental truck in a few weeks, but I will go elsewhere if U-Haul does not stand behind their offering on the placard that was on her desk. I've been using U-Haul for more than 40 years, but I will use another company if they don't stand behind their word.Russ W.

I ordered 48 pads only received 12 initially. I had to return to the store to get 12 more pads for a total of 24. I was charged for 48 pads. I have yet to see a credit for the other 24 pads I did not get. I was also set to use the mobile app version to pick up truck and that didn't work either.Demetrius H.
