Someone had siphoned the gas. I was scheduled to pick it up at 7am. I called and used the app multiple times, yet it was nearly 10am before my pleas for help were answered. Hottest day of the year. No shade. No place to sit. And no status from U-Haul so I was unable to leave the truck. Also, the truck was supposed to be at a company location. Instead it was in an alley… which is why the gas was siphoned. Thus, there was no one around to help. And on the phone every one of the support people claimed they were helpless to do more than register my request for help. I will never use U-Haul again. I hate U-Haul.

Daniel's auto guy was the best. Very helpful, fixed my problems. Polite even while I was hollering at him over the mess with the 32 mile away drop off location. Mr Daniel's is the kind of person you need managing your shops

Daisy SThe worst experience ever!!!!! The uhaul truck was in the middle of of no where! When we pulled up the gas cap was off. Some had took all the gas out couldn't even make it to a gas station before running out of gas. After adding gas then come to find out that some one drilled a whole at the bottom of the tank so it was linking all the gas we added. Worst experience ever there. Would not recommend.
Crystal PThe remote pick up was a nightmare. Had to call 3 times, to get the truck. Took me just under an hour. Maybe when someone was there to check you in and out it would be ok.
