Make sure the dolly is in the truck prior to departure. Daniels Best Buy was prompt and very friendly and helpful!

Must back in off street to pickup trailer very small yard. Owner does have trailers pointed toward street and very friendly.

Mildred JWhat a difference a small town makes. My experience here was what I expect from a company like U-Haul. The man who checked in the trailer was very helpful. He even offered to back the trailer into his lot after I had difficulty getting it lined up.

Caleb SLocation was great to deal with. I got a little frustrated with all the calls and texts wanting me to change location prior to pickup. The truck had some mechanical issues which need to be resolved before anyone else uses it.

Patrice JThey don't have parts for sale there. I had to go to another location to purchase an adapter. Then I needed a 2 1/2 inch ball. The guy installing the trailer gave me his so I didn't have to leave again. Everyone was really nice though.

Duwane KI drove a 10-foot box truck and a tow dolly and towed a minivan behind the truck for 1300 miles. Good power, brakes, lights, steering. when filling the gas tank and the gas nozzle clicked off I found that I could squeeze 4 more gallons of gasoline into the tank. I filled up 4 times on my trip. I got 12,8mpg, 13,2 mpg, 14,4 mpg and 14,6 mpg.

Eric GI believe that you all are dishonest people who does not outline all the fees and cost upfront. My bill was significantly higher than what I was aware, and I was only given a quarter tank of gas. But expected to bring it back at a half a tank which I did do. You guys are absolute crooks!!.

Ronald GThe truck had no gas so not only did we have to put gas in but we also had to pay for mileage. In addition, the windshield wipers were so worn we could barely see while driving in torrential rain. Pretty disappointed.
KELLY BIt's great to have a place where I can rent what I need, face to face , with people that know what they are doing. I was turned away from another one of your locations because I didn't know to reserve the item online. In the time that it would have taken me to go back home, get online, find out how to reserve the item, then go back to the location for the item. I had already completed the entire job and returned the trailer, simply by doing business face to face, with a real person that knew what he was doing. I will rent there again.

Alvin CHad a confirmed reservation via telephone and then email from the central booking representative. Arrived to pickup U-Haul at location given. They did not have the U-Haul I had reserved. Called the reservation center and was told I mow needed to go to another location 40 minutes from the first one. Arrived there and they did not have the reservation, nor did they have the Uhaul I needed. Was told I could pick one up the next morning in a 3rd location. Requested a refund and used a different company.

SHAWNNA MThe vehicle was dirty when I picked it up. They had me sign a contract that you could not read from poor printer. The check engine light was on and had an 1/8 less of a tank of gas than what registered in the truck. The place was filthy dirty. They had a mouse and rat bate station 8 inches from the wrapping paper that was for sale.
Jonathan HThis reservation was made by the U-Haul traffic managers trying to force me to rent from a different location. It wound up being alot of trouble and U-haul reservations added insurance that I didn't sign up for nor didn't need. Daniels is a great place but when the reservations place stepped in, they messed everything up.
james cI was overcharged 3 days for a Uhaul I had for one day. I came back to this location and its funny...if I have money, its 'right this way sir'. But when somethings wrong, they immediately dismissed me, said they dont know and cant fix anything. So I had to email Uhaul myself to get this resolved. Will definitely consider another company in the future. Their Uhauls werent in the best condition either, on top of the tons of reviews I read of this particular location stating the same thing. Not trying to pile on, but hey - you guys asked.

John FTerrible location. The office was old, dusty, and dark. They gave me their last truck which was dirty. The transmission didn't want to shift and the ride was so noisy, I could hardly talk to my passengers. Then they charged me a cleaning fee. All I moved was a couch! What dirt??? Choose another location. These people are po'dunk and need money so they will lie to get it from you.

Samel SSteering system was not in a good condition. It was really danderous to drove this truc. Plus akward mpg for this 15' Ford. On pick up there was less then hslf of the tank. No even power windows! No option switch air from outside to inside. Ridiculous. For two days i breathed trucks and cars exaust. It was a hadake because of that. Plus i spend $600 for the trip from Dallas TX to Los Angeles CA. My speed was 65-70 maximum. Its a worst truck i ever used.

joe mThe lot is small and tight to manuever in. We were not given another option after our booking for drop-off although we would have liked one. We know the gentleman that owns and operates this business and do not do other business there due to his overall demeanor and attitude.

David JPoor service. I was unable to find the truck to check out on my phone so I went into the location and the man there was not helpful. He just said "it's out there." I was very frustrated but eventually found it and started to check in. The cell service was very poor in the area and the loading screen timed out. So I had to go back inside but the guy said it was already checked out. He finally did something on the computer and handed me the keys. I was extremely unimpressed with this location. My recommendation : moving is stressful enough, finding the truck and struggling with the app shouldn't add to it. please be kind, courteous and helpful when we need it.

JoeA RFirst reservation for 1 wk ahead. Got there 2 pick up and was rented out from under me. Said no trucks available in town. If I wanted truck that day, I had 2 drive out of town 2 get it. Found 2 trucks in town that day. Uhaul didn't know they even existed. 3 days later went 2 another location with new reservation. Told by attendant"Truck ok. U go. " No signing. No contract. No anything. Trucks werent checked in or checked out. Went 2 another location. Finally got truck. Had to pay full price with only $50 credit. Then charged $2 for going over 2 miles. Pretty cheap of Uhaul after all my troubles. Should have been free move completely. Truck performed well but service all around sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pleas contact me if u want to hear more.
